I came in to check a tire that had been repaired about six months before and was losing error. I was told that the tire could not be repaired but needed to be replaced. They couldn’t do it that day because the. wheel lock key was missing. Not knowing what that was exactly. I then went to the dealer and their service department was closed for the day but a nice sales person searched my car to try to find what was missing. He advised me to come back on Monday when the service department was there. On Sunday I took my trunk apart and of course I found what I was looking for. I took it in to the Sam’s on Monday. They were able to fit me in and I now have two new tires.

Pleased with the tires. Disappointed with the Sams app to purchase tired tires fir my Honda Accord. I purchased and set up an appointment when arrived at my appointment as told online tire purchase was incorrect. I shot back the app walked me through the process make, model , style and Year and tire. Was told the app had an issue. Cost me an extra $400. If i’d known it was wrong beforehand would have looked elsewhere

Needed new tires and was given an outrageous price quote from the dealer, so while shopping at Sams, just thought I would check the automotive department out. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff and we had the tires ordered and installed within the week. Highly recommend! AAA service

We put the Goodyear Assurance tires on our 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe replacing Continental tires that lasted about 48,000 miles. We have about 1000 miles on the Goodyears so far and they ride at least as well if not better than the Continentals did, even when the Continentals were new. Sam’s installation in Lady Lake Fl was great, quicker than quoted and no issues. Time will tell for sure but as of right now, I would buy these again from this location.

The tire manager was very patient and informative with our questions and concerns. We chose tires that we felt would be safe for our family van.

Haven't had them long. Ate up over $1000 with alignment. Still need new shocks and struts. So far satisfied with them tires seem a little pricey even with the discount, but everything now aways is. Hope they hold up for a while.

I can not rate at this time as my last Goodyear purchase from Sam’s Club only lasted 25000 miles which isn’t good. There is no way to give a rating on new tires. I paid $669 for replacement of previousnpurchase

I had bad tire I had to pay half price. I didn’t even use it for a month.
