Well, it protected my neck, which is pretty sensitive, but failed to actually give a close shave. In fact, it was difficult to actually shave the hair off.

Love my SkinGuard for most of my daily shaving. It's almost nick-proof. And on occasion, when I want an even closer shave, I can rotate over to the ProShield.
