The people working in the tire department are pleasant to work with, I was in and out in less than an hour. Their priceing includes putting them on the rim, balancing and disposing the worn tires And they come with an 85 thousand mile guarantee!

An “egg” developed in the sidewall of one of the tires that I had purchased from SAMS and I needed a replacement fast. I received no compensation from my road hazard coverage but I was pleased that I was able to get a new tire mounted within a couple of hours so I could avoid driving on the spare. My biggest problem with SAMS tire department is sometimes it is NOT possible to make an appointment to have necessary work performed.

Knowledgable and friendly sales clerk aided by equally knowledgable, friendly, and efficient shop employee. Installation completed promptly. Continue to choose Sam's for tires because of price, efficient installation and honoring of warranty on the few occasions when needed.

I was not happy with product they gave me. I was given a different products. The products and prices we agreed on was not honored. I made the payment upfront and it was a special ordered and yet It was the wrong one. Can u reimburse me the extra money that I paid.

I have Ran Goodyear on my Peterbilt and on my Cars and have had Very Good Luck ! They Ride Well and Last!

Very nice tires that I had installed at Sams. Car ride is very smooth with these tires and quiet. Also, very good traction in the rain.

so far so good. great install tire pressure exact in all 4. smoother ride than 7y/o Michelins balance good. looking forward to 7 yrs of good ride

Weird feeling when driving on the road. Seems like you are driving on ice when driving on concrete highways.

I appreciated Michael's knowledge and pleasant attitude with me during the purchase. Always respectful and polite. Dropped car off for my appointment and it was finished when I was told it would be.

I had ordered a different tire online and it did not arrive on time so the representative in the tire department helped me choose a different tire that was in stock as I needed the tires immediately.
