[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with our decision to purchase our Samsung TV. While there are lower cost options available for the same size television, Samsung is still competitively priced, and the quality is much better. The picture is very crisp and clear. Also, we’ve noticed that the sound quality on our other tv (not the Samsung) is very low and requires the use of a soundbar. The sound quality on our Samsung is excellent, and doesn’t need any enhancement. The remote control is very user friendly and the responsiveness to the controls is quick. Once our other tv needs to be replaced, we will be purchasing another Samsung.

The 4K resolution is super sharp and the "Crystal Processor" does a great job upscaling older content so it doesn't look blurry. I really like the slim "MetalStream" design—it looks a lot more expensive than it actually is. The Smart TV interface is fast and easy to navigate. If you want a solid, reliable Samsung TV without spending OLED prices, this is the one to get.

Setup was easy along with app installation. The ability to change settings a plus. Having two HDMI ports allowed me to add my VHS/DVD combo player with ease along with my camcorder. I’ve been completely satisfied with this Smart TV and would highly recommend Samsung TV’s to anyone that is looking for a new, replacement or additional TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 8 months of ownership, (purchased Oct, 2, 2025) the TV is dead - Not working at all. Would not want a samsung TV if we won one. If there was an overall rating of zero, that would be a more accurate rating than a one star. Second Samsung product we have owned and nothing but problems, problems, problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful picture, easy to set up and pair with Amazon fire cube and remote. Sound quality is poor. We had to turn it up to 56 dcb for standard volume that most TV's would be at 12-16 dcb. We added an old sound bar which has helped. The back of the unit is rather fragile. We mounted this new TV to an existing wall mount and noticed how much the material flexed while attaching the brackets. We were afraid it may crack. Got it put up and beside the sound issues, it is a decent TV for the price.

The only thing to mention about this TV is that one day the picture started looking strange and I thought it was going to break—I don't use it very often. It has looked fine since then, but I hope it doesn't develop any faults; otherwise, everything is good and I like it.
