I've had trouble with no sound almost since I purchased it. I was instructed by Samsung to turn it off/on again to solve the issue, which I have to do almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I TURN ON THE TV...sometimes for 10 minutes or more. I have a technician coming this week to look at it (since it's still under warranty). This should not be necessary. I purchased this TV to replace an LG which I had for 6 years; wish I had gotten another LG.

When trying to get the sound bar going it was not compatible with the new 75 inch. The old samsung sound bar wasn't that great anyway and only a few years old. I will not go out and get another sound bar. Thanks a lot. Mike

The upscaling does a great job of enhancing lower-resolution content, making it appear much clearer and more detailed. The TV is also fast and responsive, providing a smooth overall experience. The only thing lacking is a built-in microphone on the remote for voice controls, but aside from that, it's an excellent TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I like the TV itself, if I pause a show for a few minutes it knocks me completely off by the time I come back then I have to go back to the app and get back to my show. I find that very annoying. And it doesn't have Pandora available. I hooked up a Roku device to solve these problems. But other than that I really like the TV itself, great picture! I still give it 4 stars. The only reason I wouldn't recommend is the "pausing" issue.
