[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has a great picture and the sound isn’t bad but so disappointed that there isn’t a place to plug in audio connections for headphones. My husband is hard of gearing and we have some great headphones to put the tv sound right into his ears but there is no place to connect audio. We have been to several places looking for an alternative but seems we have to buy very expensive wireless headphones in order to make this work!

I wondered for years as I sat in my chair, "How did I ever get by without one there?" My phone was quite clever, so smart and so spry, But now there's a giant smart screen catching my eye! I'm fond of Samsung, that's certainly true, Their gadgets and gizmos are tried and come through. A washer that washes, Galaxy phones that amaze, And now this big TV has earned all my praise! It hangs on my wall looking splendid and grand, A beautiful picture that's simply firsthand. The colors are vibrant, the features are neat, This Samsung Smart TV is really a treat! If you're on the fence, take it from me, You'll wonder how you lived without a Smart TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The positives: Nice looking TV, easy to initially set up. The color and resolution are terrific. The vibrant colors make nature shows seem like you are right there in the forest, desert or mountains. The Samsung TV Plus channels are a welcome bonus and offer a nice variety of programs to choose from. Lastly, this TV is an amazing value for the price. The negatives: The remote and menus for setting are very confusing, as the remote has been streamlined TOO much. The internal speaker does not interact with the sound bar we purchased, even though it was supposed to be compatible with our TV. It loses connection with the sound bar, then when it re-establishes the connection and we go to watch a Samsung TV Plus, a VERY loud and jarring sound effect plays through the sound bar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m loving my new 55 inch TV and it’s A lot easier to use then our LG. My mom also has the same TV and loves it as well. The picture quality is amazing and I hooked up my amplifier and speakers and it makes the TV watching experience even better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen size is great, colors are vibrant. For those older in age, having to go through all the SPPS is tedious and frustrating. Personally, we don’t like how to keep updating and the apps keep getting moved.

Its brightness, picture quality, clarity, lack of screen glare, and pixel resolution make this tv an excellent choice. The images appear to be coming through the screen, seems so lide like. This is definitely tv viewing at it's finest.Hands down, this purchase was worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went for value, knowing that the picture quality would not disappoint. That said… I failed to look at the nomenclature, in that there is only 1 HDMI port and the TV is not capable of voice control from the remote that it came with.

Gave this 1 star because set-up was very frustrating! 1st prob was could not set up without creating a Samsung account, Did not want to do that but required. Followed all on screen instructions which were wrong. Nothing worked until used QR. Once into set up process, most instructions were wrong of incomplete. On-line instructions for getting to items in settings were wrong - one step left out. Only got to settings by accident. Spent 1 to 1 1/2 hours each day over a one week period until I got what I wanted. Final frustration was TV lost the internet connection. It did not save the PW for my router - had to reenter. Took several tries - kept timing out cause I could not enter PW fast enough - 1st time I've ever been required to enter a PW quickly while setting up anything. Bottom line - I have not and will not recommend this TV to a friend - or anyone else for that matter. Done with Samsung if product has to be set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the product is great very clear on the screen the audio is crisp and the colors is vibrant I would change would be the controller I would give it a voice like how you would have it with an Alexa or a fire stick I would give it a voice command button so that you can have the TV go to what you need to apply and click on it the buttons on the remote and then another thing is I think I would also change and add a button on the remote to switch HDMI it's a little Annoying going to the menu but then that the TV is good
