I literally love this tv. The only thing I can say that makes it a 4 star is the fact that its slow at times with responsiveness to the remote. And i also wish that a remote with a keyboard was possible.

This tv is more than I expected, although the volume is not as loud according to the numbers on the tv. I have really enjoyed the tv up to this point!

The product is fine; good clear display and no real problems. I wish the screen were more user friendly, more like Amazon fire TV, where you can add your favorite apps to your home screen.

I absolutely love my TV. The picture quality is accident or the vibrant colors and sharp detail the sound is clear, the menu is easy to navigate and the smart features work smoothly overall it offers great value and enhances the viewing experience

I like all the features it has Without having to connect to cable to have cable TV. Brightness is very good Contrast is nice Responsiveness is good Vibrancy is wonderful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Samsung 65 inch TV . We upgraded from a 55 inch LG Wow what a difference . We also have a Samsung 40 inch and Samsung 2 of the 32 inch TVs . They are 5 years old and still great .

Issues with gray/black pixels. We will replace this tv as soon as we’re able. Also, we have to do 2 extra steps to get off the Samsung screen and onto our Roku/YoutubeTV screen.

The tv picture is fine, but the interface is not user friendly, have not been able to install the YouTube tv app, and cannot disable closed caption, even though it says it is turned off. Will not purchase Samsung tv again.,
