The problem is I can’t use the remote, it is so tiny I can’t get a good hold on it to push buttons. The volume and channel up and down buttons are very hard to use. All of Samsung previous remotes I’ve used have been great. Why change it I am 70 years old and I can’t see the lettering even with my glasses I really hope you can send me a usable remotel

They are not all used at the same time, since we are senior citizens. Our grandkids love that they can watch their our tv while visiting. They are bright, easy to use, My husband is a bit hard of hearing so it would be nice to have a hearing impaired options.

From the moment I turned it on, it was clear this set punches well above its weight. Here’s my full take focusing on the key areas that matter most: Vibrancy: The colors absolutely pop. Whether I’m watching vibrant nature documentaries, colorful animated movies, or high-energy sports, the hues are rich and lifelike without looking oversaturated. Skin tones look natural and everything just feels more immersive. Resolution: 4K detail is outstanding on this massive 75-inch screen. Text is razor-sharp, fine details in landscapes and fabrics are clearly visible, and even when I sit relatively close, the picture remains incredibly clean. Upscaling of non-4K content is also handled very well. Contrast: Blacks are deep and inky, giving the image excellent depth. Dark scenes in movies have great separation between shadows without crushing details, and the overall dynamic range makes the picture feel three-dimensional. Brightness: This TV gets plenty bright, easily handling well-lit living rooms during daytime viewing. HDR content shines with strong highlights that don’t wash out the rest of the image. I never feel like I’m missing impact even with sunlight coming through the windows. Smoothness: Motion handling is fantastic. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Biggest complaint is lack of available video and audio inputs. On board speakers are not very good. Tv software is better than the last generation of Samsung but is still slow. But for price, TV is large and picture is excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought the 85'' Samsung Crystal UHD TV back in November 2025 and I can easily say that it was my best purchase of a Samsung product! The TV has great resolution, brightness and color contrast is really good. It has a huge interface with very easy to use control panel. Sound system is really good as well. This a huge TV but sits very well on the stands that came with it. I love my TV and will recommend it to anyone looking for a big screen tv.
