[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very satisfied with the picture quality but very annoyed with Samsung's interruptions, suggestions & requirements to agree to new terms that unbelievably popup while I am watching a program. I am the one that purchased this TV & controlling it should be mine. Multiple times I've researched how to stop this but somewhere along the line, there is a disconnect between the instructions on the internet that don't match up to what's offered in my settings. Picture quality goes right out the window at this point. I will not buy another Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The problem I am having with these TVs and I bought three of them is that they are about a year old I bought the extended warranty and randomly and in frequently I turn them on and there's no sound so I have to turn them on and off and wait intermittent times and eventually this sound does return. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem there is anything that extended warranty covers including the issue with the sound I would stay away from Samsung and the extended warranty and look and buy elsewhere. .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture quality is great! My family and I have a hard time navigating and using the remote. We have to point the remote at just the right spot. The volume control is tricky and we just find it all more challenging than using our Ruli.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv failed after 3 days spent several hours troubleshooting with Samsung for them to want to send a tech out to look at it. By the time tech arrived screen had other issue. My warranty case was closed and I tried to reach out for new tv but no response. That said can't recommend a tv like this and I love Samsung. Only use there products and are great when they work. I was surprised to see a product by them be so cheap.

I love that i can adjust the contrast when watching scary movies because i have trouble seeing the darker parts, it's so easy to do with this. It's also great for gaming, nothing like the models even a few years ago, it's crazy the experience , you feel like you're in the game when everything is so realistic looking. This was worth every penny!!
