Kiddo’s favorite outdoor activity!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bestway 14’ Xtreme Air Trampoline in purple is awesome! Super bouncy, sturdy, and easy to set up. The bright color pops and the kids love it. Great quality and tons of outdoor fun! Highly recommend!

Super nice trampoline

Entertainment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembly was so easy!! It seems so safe for the kids to play on with the safety net and the padding that covers the sides of the trampoline!! I found myself out jumping on it without the kids! 10/10 recommend for families with bored kids!!

Trampoline great but poor quality accessories

Trampoline is great. Tool that comes with for springs makes assembly quick and easy. However the included accessories/game board needs improvement. The inflatable axes all have holes along seams and will not hold air making them useless. Contacted Sams and unfortunately they cannot provide replacements.

Need more detail to prevent rework on installation.

Bestway should have indicated that no ladder or entry slide was included. Once assembled child was ready to bounce but entry was difficult with no ladder. Instructions should include caution to ensure leg for netting pole insertion aligns with netting loops. Offers should be included for optional better ground anchors, such as augers, to secure trampoline.

Hardwork!

It took a while to get where we are but we finally got it together! This wasn’t too bad but could’ve been better. Like starting with the way the legs had to be done a certain way.

Decent but wish the net wasn't sewn in.

I hate that the net is sewn directly into the trampoline mat. We have mesquite trees, and the blooms get trapped in the net stitching and stuck in the trampoline. They're almost impossible to clean out and make it look dirty all the time. For that reason alone I would never purchase this again.

after having several trampolines within the last dozen or so years, I can say this one is by far thee worst! It was impossible to out together without 4 people holding it together. The bars would NOT stay together. Once we got it together, we quickly realized that it was not made for teenagers jumping on it. Our 11 year old, while being 150 pounds and 5 ft 6 inches tall, rocked it about 6 inches from just jumping. We have never had a trampoline do that with our other older children. There is absolutely no way I would trust more than one child jumping on this at a time.

Canceled Sam's Club Over This Purchase

First off Sam's Club automated AI system is straight trash. I have to pay to even be allowed to shop at your store and you make me suffer through an automated AI system that doesn't know 90% of what I'm trying to ask it to do. Then when I finally get to talk to a person after 20 minutes of trying to navigate your stupid AI system, I get somebody from India who can't even speak English, who wants me to verify everything, including my blood type. it's ridiculous! This item says it shipped in two packages. Sam's Club created three different order tabs for one item. The main item in the app showed it was delivered. I only received one of the two boxes when I clicked track. It shows multiple packages with the same tracking number, but it only shows one item. The second package says zero items and it shows it being scanned in Georgia two days prior I live in Ohio. I contacted FedEx. FedEx was unable to help me because they claim the item was delivered it shows in their system that they delivered the item. They said that there is no other tracking number associated with this item that they can track. I was told if I feel it wasn't done correctly or I'm missing something I have to file a claim with FedEx. But the require a tracking number or proof and they'll investigate it. Meanwhile, I paid hundreds of dollars for an item, I didn't receive! then I get a hold of Sam's Club again I'm unable to get a hold of a real person. So the AI system attempts to cancel my membership, somehow through the course of conversation it initiated a return the items now being processed for return and I'm expected to have two boxes for FedEx to pick up Monday morning. It's now Saturday afternoon and I only received one box. Of course there's no one to talk to both FedEx and Sam's Club both run on AI systems and if you managed to talk to somebody, you get a Indian person who doesn't speak English. Don't worry, if you call the store or ask anybody else at Sam's Club for help they will tell you that it's not their job and you have to call the AI Number.

Very disappointed. Frame won't stay together while building. I assume these that were on sale were defective. wasted 2 hour's trying to put it together.
