[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Bestway Xtreme Air 14’ Trampoline for my backyard, and it’s been a hit with the kids! From setup to daily use, it’s been a surprisingly smooth experience. The trampoline comes with a really clear assembly kit and that QuickSpring tool makes attaching the springs much less of a headache than I expected. Even if you’ve never put together a trampoline before, it’s doable without too much stress.

Once it’s up, it feels solid and secure. The no-gap enclosure net with zipper and buckle entry gives me peace of mind while the kids jump around, and the foam-padded poles add that extra layer of safety. I also appreciate that the frame is powder-coated galvanized steel, which makes it more resistant to rust and weather damage—so I feel confident leaving it outside even through different seasons.

The kids absolutely love it, and I love watching them burn off energy safely. The trampoline is spacious enough for multiple kids to jump at once, and the purple color is fun and bright in the yard. Overall, it feels like a durable, well-thought-out trampoline that delivers on both fun and safety. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a backyard trampoline that will last and keep the kids entertained for hours.

I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With two rowdy boys we, of course, already previously had another Bestway trampoline that has lasted us 5 years so far with daily use! We are super happy with the quality and durability with Bestway trampolines, so this was a no brainer for us to upgrade, as our previous has normal wear and tear, BUT, still completely functional. This new one is just as easy to put together as our original, and has some additional upgrades that came with it…a game target with velcro balls & blow up axes that also are velcro making jumping extra fun. We are so happy with this!

Kiddo’s favorite outdoor activity!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size option. It definitely has a lot going for it and I love the safety features, especially the net being already on there. It was simple and easy to assemble took less than an hour with two people. My kids absolutely love this trampoline, definitely worth it and will have a lot of entertainment out of it.

Easy assembly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trampoline is absolutely incredible. My husband and I have 5 kids between us. Their ages range from 5-21 and they all love it and it holds up very well no matter who is on it. This is a very easy assembly that doesn’t take very long to put together so that’s always a plus. I also like that the safety net has no gaps so that makes it even safer. Overall it’s great and everyone loves it. A nice way to get kids away from screens and outside.

Amazing

Bestway should have indicated that no ladder or entry slide was included. Once assembled child was ready to bounce but entry was difficult with no ladder. Instructions should include caution to ensure leg for netting pole insertion aligns with netting loops. Offers should be included for optional better ground anchors, such as augers, to secure trampoline.

Need more detail to prevent rework on installation.

BILT

Trampoline is great. Tool that comes with for springs makes assembly quick and easy. However the included accessories/game board needs improvement. The inflatable axes all have holes along seams and will not hold air making them useless. Contacted Sams and unfortunately they cannot provide replacements.

Trampoline great but poor quality accessories

I hate that the net is sewn directly into the trampoline mat. We have mesquite trees, and the blooms get trapped in the net stitching and stuck in the trampoline. They're almost impossible to clean out and make it look dirty all the time. For that reason alone I would never purchase this again.

Decent but wish the net wasn't sewn in.

First off Sam's Club automated AI system is straight trash. I have to pay to even be allowed to shop at your store and you make me suffer through an automated AI system that doesn't know 90% of what I'm trying to ask it to do. Then when I finally get to talk to a person after 20 minutes of trying to navigate your stupid AI system, I get somebody from India who can't even speak English, who wants me to verify everything, including my blood type. it's ridiculous! This item says it shipped in two packages. Sam's Club created three different order tabs for one item. The main item in the app showed it was delivered. I only received one of the two boxes when I clicked track. It shows multiple packages with the same tracking number, but it only shows one item. The second package says zero items and it shows it being scanned in Georgia two days prior I live in Ohio. I contacted FedEx. FedEx was unable to help me because they claim the item was delivered it shows in their system that they delivered the item. They said that there is no other tracking number associated with this item that they can track. I was told if I feel it wasn't done correctly or I'm missing something I have to file a claim with FedEx. But the require a tracking number or proof and they'll investigate it. Meanwhile, I paid hundreds of dollars for an item, I didn't receive! then I get a hold of Sam's Club again I'm unable to get a hold of a real person. So the AI system attempts to cancel my membership, somehow through the course of conversation it initiated a return the items now being processed for return and I'm expected to have two boxes for FedEx to pick up Monday morning. It's now Saturday afternoon and I only received one box. Of course there's no one to talk to both FedEx and Sam's Club both run on AI systems and if you managed to talk to somebody, you get a Indian person who doesn't speak English. Don't worry, if you call the store or ask anybody else at Sam's Club for help they will tell you that it's not their job and you have to call the AI Number.
