[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dryer died a month ago, and it couldn’t have happened at a better time. The wash tower caught my eye. The controls are reachable for both the washer and dryer. Cycles are shorter, quick wash is only 15 minutes. Super quiet, I love it!

My new 'tower' gives me more laundry folding space plus a new crafting area when not folding. It is quiet, easy to use and it looks great too! Everyone I've spoken to that know's someone who bought one, says they love it!!! LG makes good products!

The Washtower integrated system perfectly fits our need, enabling us to include the laundry in a pantry near our kitchen instead of a separate laundry room in the basement. The unit is easy to use and fairly quiet.

My clothes smell so good after washing and there are so many cycles to choose from to keep my clothes in great condition. I have a small laundry room and it saves so much space! When I went to replace the washer and dryer the newer ones were larger and didn't fit my area for the units. The salesperson suggested the LG Thin unit and I am so glad he did. This unit is not only attractive but it's a perfect fit for slimmer areas. The new technology places the control panel in the middle between the washer and dryer. That's also perfect because the other stackable units have the controls too high up for me. This beautiful unit is very quiet. The cleaning results are amazing. Appreciate the fact that you can download the app and can turn the unit on with your phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG makes the best washer and best dryer on the market and this laundry tower is an amazing innovation, well designed and integrated. It created space in the laundry room by having the same floor foot print as a washer and the dryer is a convenient height. When the washer completes the cycle the dryer takes the washer settings and suggests a dry cycle. I purchase this for our other home about year ago and it has been reliable and quiet. The wifi connection makes managing cycles easy and the iPhone alert you get when it completes is great.

I am in an apartment and it is perfect for this space. It has worked out very well for me. I am so happy with this purchase and will definitely recommend it .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought unit 2months ago and have had it serviced (unsuccessfully). The dryer trips the arc fault circuit breaker so I had to replace with old style breaker (not legal). It will not connect to the app so most useful functions are not available (air fluff and timed dry (without sensor)). Would be much easier to see display and control by wifi device as one could hold display at proper height and angle for viewing.

No more soap residue dried into my towels and linens. My clothes are actually cleaner!!! It’s a beautiful unit that matches my black stainless LG appliances in my kitchen that the laundry room is adjacent. The features are fabulous.

I've never had a stacked unit before. I enjoy all of the features both physically on the control panel and on the app. My biggest complaint is having to lift all of the wet clothes up into the dryer. I think I'd rather lower the wet clothes into the dryer.
