[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Wash Tower 2 a few weeks ago and am so in love. It fits so well in to the laundry closet that held my previous stackable unit. It’s not much bigger overall but the tubs are so much bigger. I can easily wash my king bedsheets, king blankets, I can wash multiple small blankets together, it’s wonderful! It’s the little things I didn’t know I was missing before. And I never thought I’d set it up to WiFi and use the app, but I did out of curiosity and I LOVE IT! I get an alert to my watch when the laundry is done, I can check to see how much time is left, and everything. It runs so quietly that I often question if I ever turned it on, so I can check the app and see that I did. My old unit was loud and obnoxious. The Wash Tower is a dream and grants my wishes every day. It’s actually a relief and a huge joy to have a washer & dryer this nice. And the warranty is great! I did a ton of research online before buying, including Consumer Reports. LG always came out on top and now that I finally own an LG appliance, I agree and I’m sold!

Until I purchased this tower washer/dryer, I never had any problems with LG. However, the unit leaves my clothes wet after each wash and the dryer does not completely dry my clothing either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a mega capacity washer and dryer. We need a stack unit and this set is perfect. I love that there is only one panel and it's in the middle. I am tall and still had a hard time reaching the dials on the dryer of old machine - which were stacked as well. It has every option available, is easy to use, does a fabulous job and fits perfectly. Overall, this is fantastic replacement! I love it and would highly recommend it!

I bought this few weeks ago and the difference in how it urns to our previous traditional model is huge. Since it automatically can sense the load size, it is water efficient and its upgraded features also help you conserve soap. Additionally, prior to this purchase, we always had to close the laundry room door because the washer and dry were so loud. Now we can barely hear it. The cloths comes out nice, clean, fresh and sweet smelling. We like it makes music when its completes the process. And now we have more space for our pet in the laundry room. We love our LG Washtower

I must say, I have never bought a new washer/dryer. I did my homework. We needed to create some space in our garage, and this stackable fit the bill. So quiet and pretty. Does a great wash and dry. The washer has this option for a speedy wash. 15 minutes for a load, and comes out like a regular 45 minute load would with less water.5*****'s

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a stacked laundry center to fit in my laundry closet. Most stacked washer/dryers were too big or too small. This really is the Goldilocks of laundry centers. Small package but capacity of larger units. I would not hesitate to buy again or recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the tower about a month ago. So far I enjoy it. The tub is larger than my previous LG washer and dryer. The controls in the middle are in a good position. The only update I would want is to be able to adjust the controls for the pre-programmed cycles (temperature, so in, etc)

Fit my existing Landry space. It is not quite and there are lots of water remaining inside the washer after used. I drain it and open the door for hours to prevent mold. One control panel for both washer and dryer means when one broke, both needs to be replaced.

We purchased this w/d laundry center in January, 2021. We have had absolutely no problems with it. It is still super quiet and does a great job washing and drying clothes. Easy to use controls. No wonder Consumer Reports rates LG high in quality and reliability.
