It gets the job done and many more options to do. I can even control on my phone and also notifies me when the cycle is finished!!!! It’s just great!

The steam function sounds like a great idea, although I haven't used it yet. The ThinQ option is cool. It keeps you informed of the dryer cycle and lets you know when it's completed. You can also custom design the cycle finish tone. When I started the first load, my phone altered me that the duct was clogged. As it turned out , the machine was pushed too far back, making the dryer vent hose not optimally set up. It was easy to fix and the fact that the alert came up made me feel even better about the software. I'll probably avail myself of the option to change the way the door opens. Nice to know it can be done pretty quickly and easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it, the steam option is awesome, love that its a smart appliance and the AI dry you can use for mixed loads which saves some money. It notifies you when things are ready so they have less of a chance of wrinkling.

We have been using it for about a month now. The controls are very intuitive. This dryer is "smart enough" to dry everything properly, even if we have mixed size items. Never over dries. We still haven't used all the features, but are loving it so far.

I brought this 2 washer and dryer a month ago and I am so happy with the quality and great features it has, it is very easy to connect to internet and keeps you poesred on when cycle finishes, also it has tons of functions that helps saving energy and water, the AI feature is amazing! Very sensitive to flow restrictions and cold air coming in. My control board went bad after five months and it was replaced. Still seem to have issues with the sensor and the heat. I will get notifications that I’ve got airflow blockage when I have a brand new pipe that was installed. Re-taped around some of the joints on that pipe to see if that helps.

I purchased this 2nd hand from someone who purchased in August, 2024. Overall the features on this dryer and the interface are easy to use. Very easy to set up and operate. However, the paint quality is TERRIBLE. This dryer has not been used all that much and h paint is peeling from around the door. Saw several complaints on this matter as wel as the door seeling issue. For as expensive as this dryer is full price, this is hugely unacceptable!

Why only Fair? The door on this dryer does not make a complete connection with the dryer. There is a gap at the edge of the door. I had LG appliance person check it out. He said this is a common issue/complaint with this model. I would not recommend this dryer until they fix the issue of the door. The dryer itself works ok.

We have not been able to use it once because it has no heat, repairman came out after one week and found a bad gas valve and thermistor. 2 weeks later and he is supposed to be back tomorrow to install parts! Only reason I have a one star is because there were no zero stars
