This range replaces a LG range that we bought just a few years ago. Had problems with the oven that could not be fixed. This is the range we wanted but LG did not have this model yet. Very happy with this range, but it came with a dented oven door, the storage drawer was also dented and could not be pulled out, the ultra burner did not work correctly. We have owned this range for 2 months and have not had these items fixed...dealer was slow to order parts and still waiting for them. Very disappointing.

This replaced our 10-year-old LP gas range, and we absolutely love the large electric convection oven. The burner grates are very solid and look of commercial quality which will be very useful during canning season. Our only drawback we don't like is the storage drawer doesn't have a handle like the oven door. There is a finger indent on the top of the drawer for opening which is hard for seniors to get to (at least for me it is). Other than that, the drawer is well made and functions perfectly (much better than our old range}. We had to change out the orifice spuds for the LP conversion and had to get creative. My fingers were too large to fit into the area to remove the side orifice on the large front burner. My wife has much smaller fingers and she would have to do it. For insurance, first, we made a cradle out of 3/4" wide painters' tape (sticky side up) and placed it under the orifice. The instructions said not to drop the orifice, or the stove top would need to be removed for retrieval (no fun doing that). With the tape as insurance my wife was able to remove and replace the orifice without dropping it. YAH WIFE!

I’ve had this range for a few months now and I love it. I haven’t tried the air fryer but everything else is top notch. Great quality. Easy to clean the top, which was my dread with my last range. This is a definite upgrade and I had a top of the line range before. Different maker.

This range replaced a previous Duel-Fuel kitchen range. A wonderful improvement in so many ways! It has the look of a beautiful professional range. There are two features we did not have with the past stove that I love- a griddle and the Air Fryer feature. The delivery to the store was extra long but we're so happy we waited for this. Five stars and our full endorsement. We also love our LG refrigerator purchased last June.

My husband surprised me with this incredible anniversary gift as I love to cook, and he thought this dual fuel stove (electric oven / gas stove top) would be perfect. He was right! The various gas burners make it easy to control the heat for all pans and the stove top is "easy cleanup." Thanksgiving was the test and the convection oven bake and roast features made it much easier to get all of the hot dishes on the table on time. The oven also provides very even baking on all shelf levels. Again, easy to do quick cleanup of small spills.

I have had two wonderful technicians to my home, but it cannot be calibrated to my standards. There does not appear to be consistency in temperature when baking. During baking the temperature does not maintain a steady 350 degrees after I have placed my baked goods into the oven. It drops down, which is understandable, however, then cycles up and becomes too hot 362 degrees and then goes back down to 330 then shoots up to 355 and back down to 330 degrees and continues. Furthermore, this is a consistent problem with baking at any temperature of my choosing.

Purchased Nov 5th for Nov 20th delivery and they told we would get a call on the 19th to tell us the delivery window on the 20th. We got no call. Instead we got an email telling us delivery was delayed until JANUARY 20TH! TWO MONTHS LATER! The vendor is pointing the finger at the manufacturer. I believe that is you. So you get 1 star.

Of the available dual fuel ranges this was my top choice. Now that I have been using it for a month there are a couple of concerns. Installation was difficult due to limited recessed space at the rear of the range. Almost impossible to get a 4' gas line to lay in the space provided. I was forced to install the extender panel provided with the range to move it 2" further from the wall. That pushes the range an additional 2" beyond the front of the adjacent cabinets. Not a good look. Second issue is in regard to the control panel. I was unable to see this range in service. Display models were not plugged in. I assumed from the design of the control panel that it would be back-lit in some fashion. I was wrong. Even in a well lit kitchen with an LED equipped range hood the words and markings are almost impossible to read. This is very disappointing in light of the price point and comparison to similar other ranges.

Good looking, well constructed. Control panel is not back-lit and is almost impossible to read even in a well lit kitchen. Power burner is a combo burner with simmer burner. Makes it difficult to prep many meals where power and simmer capabilities are needed simultaneously.
