I have had this dryerfor 49 days. It was delivered with a faulty motherboard, fresh out of the box. The digital display superimposes lettering, the clothes do not dry on any setting other than timed dry, and the self-diagnosis feature does not work. The replacement part needed is on back order with no anticipated availability date. So I am stuck with a very expensive ineffective product. What is worst is I have no recourse.

The installation provided by LG was hassle-free, but I believe that the parts shipped during installation should be sturdier, such as stainless steel pipes. Additionally, it would be great if there was a feature to dry the moisture in the washer after the wash. The TurboWash feature has significantly reduced my laundry time without compromising on cleanliness. The AI technology adapts the wash motion to fabric type, resulting in a thorough yet gentle wash for all kinds of garments. The smart capabilities have made laundry day much more convenient, and the energy efficiency is a welcome bonus. Overall, I'm delighted with the performance and innovation that this LG washer brings to the table. It has truly elevated my laundry experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer does an amazing job and there are soooo many options to ensure your clothes get the right drying temp, etc. that they need. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! Dryer vents can rust but not usually this fast. Trying to stay on top of that but it's a bit of a bummer for such an expensive item. They should fix this!

I replaced a very old dryer with this top of the line machine. There is no comparison. My towels come out fluffy instead of like scratchy boards. I love the numerous options.
