[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pool skimmer is wonderful for getting debris from the top of the pool like leaves and anything else that falls from tree like nuts or flowers. It has a solar panel on the top so it can slightly charge while it cleans but it’s more effective to use the actual wall outlet for longer use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging when I received it really nice, very secure. The product really worked, and it was easy to follow the instructions. I didn't have a problem with the app when I downloaded it. The battery lasted longer, and I like that it is also solar. It's super nice that it has a chlorine tablet dispenser inside the filter. The only thing I had a tiny problem with was when I tried to put the chlorine tablet inside the dispenser, I couldn't close the lid, but it was not a big deal I still made it worked. All in all, i recommend I think it's worth it and really helps you to save time to clean the pool..

This robotic skimmer takes things to an entire new level grabbing things on the surface of the water. Super affordable as far as pool gadgets are concerned. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is truly a luxury. I tested this when our pool pump was broken for a few days and this thing just kept going and made the pool pristine. Yes, you could use a pool net but this thing picks up the tiny specks of grass that the net doesn’t get. It was easy to get going and low maintenance. Also like how you can drive this robot with the app to target specific areas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used a competitors product for years and were PRETTY happy with it - save for one flaw. Our pool is rounded/amorphous so the skimmer robots will at certain points back up, turn, and keep cleaning. When the competitor did this it would spit out anything it had collected that was still floating inside of it. This resulted in areas we had to vacuum constantly as the competitor would deposit all manner of things. The Aiper? It has a flap, just like a skimmer door, that keeps the small floaters contained when it's maneuvering. Genius, 10/10 product design. It's also convenient to able to control it from my phone, but I don't use that function much. More I just check in occasionally with the battery percentage.

We have several oak trees that drop leaves in our pool and the Surfer S2 does an excellent job of skimming them when the pool isn't running and the built in skimmer is off. I was skeptical, but the solar panel actually does keep the battery charged allowing for 24/7 operation. The capacity of the debris compartment is adequate and I appreciate that it has a compartment for a chlorine tablet. Unfortunately, I wasn't very impressed with the app. Although it does show you the battery level and gives you the ability to steer the unit, that's about all the app provides. The ability to power on/off and set schedules via the app os needed. If the app provided a more robust and useful UI, I would have given the Surfer S2 five stars.

Only had a year and propeller stopped working was amazing until then but for $400 i expect better

Doesn't last, ours only lasted 10 months, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
