The purchase and installation of the tires went quite well. The tires were in stock, and scheduling an appointment for installation was easy and quick.

I've used this model tire for quite a while, but a flat in the wtong dpot was not repairable and we got a replacement. Luckily, this Sam's Club keeps our size in stock. It was late in the day and the tire folks got it done!

The tires I got were great. Their service I got was good and bad one gentleman was really difficult to understand and to work with I booked for a 10 o'clock appointment when I came in he told me it was an 11 o'clock appointment for a rotation and balance. Well, my tires were only 10 days old and when I came in to do the appointment, I asked for a 10 o'clock appointment to take a look at a tire cause it looked like there might be a problem. Another man took over after I came to pick up my tire and explained that there wasn't anything wrong. He was very Patient. He even pulled my tire off and showed me and talk to me and was very very helpful.

Knowledgable and friendly sales clerk aided by equally knowledgable, friendly, and efficient shop employee. Installation completed promptly. Continue to choose Sam's for tires because of price, efficient installation and honoring of warranty on the few occasions when needed.

I managed to find a bolt to run over and it was on an unsafe place for repairs. I called Sams Tire Center. They squeezed me in to repair the tire. They said the tire couldnt safely be repaired, so they had 1 in stock and replaced it right away. They also put my spare back under my car, which I really appreciated. Im glad I bought my tires here.

Bought the tires on my 29th schedule my installation for June 1st 9am and they called and canceled my appointment at 2:30am, scheduled for the very next day 4pm they took the car and told me to wait till they install the tire then they called me at 4:55pm literally one hour later saying they don't have all four tires in stock even though they took the money knowing they don't have the tires! After that they send me home told me to wait until they call me once they have it in stock but never did. So I have to cancel the order! So unprofessional

I put on 4 brand new tires. Upon leaving I asked if everything was correct, lug nuts tightened etc. because I was driving a few hours out of town on a mini vacation. answer was yes. I drove across town to meet friends for brunch, when I came out, I had a flat tire and one tire was losing air. Had to call for a flat bed which took me to another Sam's club way out of my way. To make a longer story short, turns out the rims were not properly sealed. I had tickets for a concert that night and got to it late, it was a few hours away. I was not happy. Couple days later (today) I look at my tires and it looks like another one is losing air.

These tires look great and ride great. Not only that, there is no road noise from these tires. I was eyeing another recommended brand until these tires were introduced late last year. So glad I waited. These tires were highly recommended and Sam's Club was exceptional with product availability and installation.

Did not know the tire repair warranty had an expiration date. It appears your proof of purchase receipt of the tires disappears from your account after 4 years. Sam's Club Topeka Kansas had no proof of purchase on my account. Had a nail in the tire and Sam's Club Topeka would not repair tire. Had to buy a new tire
