I recently purchased a new set of tires and couldn't be happier with the experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The tires are high quality, perform great, and have made a noticeable difference in the ride and handling of my vehicle. Everything was completed quickly and professionally. I loved the first 4 I bought in December for my van. Later I bought 4 more for my Subaru. I totaled the van 6/28. I had to replace one of the 4 new tires, which had a bolt that went through it, to be able to drive it off the property. Sam's prorated that tire, which did not cost me very much. The newest ire got only 30 miles driven on it. Somebody is going to salvage 4 excellent tires. I would buy again, but hopefully my original equipment tires on new van will last several years.

I called and got a quote for 3 brands of tires made in America. I chose the one I wanted and went in 2 days later to have them put on my car. It took about an hour. Easy!

Took way too long forgot to put the key back in my car for the tires didn't put enough air in the tires didn't put the right tpms in there had to come 3 different times in a week

I purchased these tires for my Elantra Hybrid. I noticed that my milage per gallon of fuel has gone down a bit. I am wondering if the large treads are adding friction, or maybe they have a larger profile or weight? The tires are wonderful in heavy rain, very stable and safe on wet roads.

I came in to check a tire that had been repaired about six months before and was losing error. I was told that the tire could not be repaired but needed to be replaced. They couldn't do it that day because the. wheel lock key was missing. Not knowing what that was exactly. I then went to the dealer and their service department was closed for the day but a nice sales person searched my car to try to find what was missing. He advised me to come back on Monday when the service department was there. On Sunday I took my trunk apart and of course I found what I was looking for. I took it in to the Sam's on Monday. They were able to fit me in and I now have two new tires.
