I put the tile evo directly on the drum and I've tried smaller loads, warm v. cold water and yet I'm still finding white residue on an article of clothing with every load. Any suggestions?

This product left a white cast over all of my clothes, especially concerning considering my child is sensitive to products and it's supposed to be free and clear. I had to rewash everything that I washed using these

Box is not sealed, so powder escapes making a mess. While they clean clothes, the fragrance is too strong. Worst of all, there is white residue left in front load washer. Cost per wash is too high. I'll stick with pods.
