Customer reviews for Tide Evo Laundry Detergent Fiber Tiles, Free & Gentle, 72 ct. forHighly Recommend For Sensitive Skin
The best detergent I have used for extremely dry and sensitive skin. Just place in the washer and that is it. No issues with dissolving in the washer or marking clothing.
Reliable and safe for all skin types
I’ve tried both options of Tide Tiles, scented and free %26 gentle. I stick with free %26 gentle for the reliability and convenience that it provides. Effectively cleans laundry without worry. It’s extremely easy to use. With the tiles, I’m certain the product is 100% detergent and not unwanted fillers. I’ve tried other similar free %26 clear detergent, only to be disappointed with the lack of cleaning power.
Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really nice made clothes whiter and clean. Wasnt alot of sud. It desolved fast in water didnt have any smell. I like it alot would recommend to anyone
Very disappointed in these. I had to wash several loads twice because of residue left on the clothes. I don’t really blame the Tide but these eco washing machines that don’t give enough water to rinse the clothes well. Nevertheless, I thought I’d give my thoughts on using these. I will not purchase again.

BAD DISSOLVE
doesn't dissolve well and sometimes fabric breaks down on clothes leaving sticky GUM like mess on clothes but it does clean the clothes when it does mess up. FRONT WASHER experience
We're so sorry to hear you had this experience with our Tide evo Laundry Detergent Fiber Tiles, Free & Gentle. It must upsetting that they didn't dissolve properly and left a sticky residue on your clothes.

This is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through.

Improper detergent dosing and oversized loads can cause residue on fabrics and hinder washing. For high-efficiency machines, maintain specific fill levels: a hand’s gap for normal cycles, 60% for synthetics, and 40% for delicate cycles.

Low water pressure can also affect performance. Always follow dosing instructions and check evo tile compatibility with newer machines.

Please contact us at (800) 879-8433 so we can hear more about this situation and take care of you. Your satisfaction is highly important for us at Tide.
Leaves a terrible residue
I loved the idea of these having no plastic but unfortunately the product does not work as described. I did a load of dark laundry on warm and it left terrible residue on the entire load of laundry. I had to rewash it in hot water. It was not a large load of laundry. The drum was maybe half full. These were pricey and now can only use them on items I wash in hot water. Seniors for sure should avoid!
Thank you for sharing your experience with Tide evo. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and understand how frustrating it can be to encounter issues with residue on your laundry. Residue can sometimes occur due to several factors, even when using a product designed for optimal performance like Tide evo. Here are a few possible causes: - Incorrect Dosing: If the detergent is not dispensed correctly, it may not dissolve fully, leading to residue. - Water Temperature: Tide evo is designed to dissolve instantly in water, but using it in warm or cold water may sometimes affect its performance, especially if the water pressure is low. To restore your laundry, we recommend soaking the garments overnight in water and then re-washing them without any detergent at the highest temperature allowed by the care label. This should help remove any residue. At Tide, we prioritize product quality and consumer satisfaction. We would like to investigate your experience further to ensure that we address any potential issues. Please contact us at (800) 879-8433, and our service team will be happy to assist you. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to resolve this matter for you promptly.
Not happy with these at all. They do not dissolve, leave streaks and clumps all over my clothes and have to rewash several times. Looks like i had kleenexs in my wash. I literally have to boil hot water and dissolve them before adding them to my loads every time.

I hate these so much
Clothes come out with white stuff stuck to them, so I have to re-wash things, I get these weird squishy balls of stuff in the dryer (first thought it was stuff in my kids’ pockets, but I was getting them in all kinds of loads, so I’m pretty sure these are the cause). This happens regardless of whether it’s a large load or a small load. Terrible. For reference, I have a Samsung front load washer. I am concerned it’s mucking up the machine, also, because it asked to be put on a self-clean cycle, and I did a self-clean cycle not all that long ago.
We're so sorry to hear you had this experience with our Tide Evo Laundry Detergent Fiber Tiles, Free & Gentle, Jennifer. It must upsetting that the tiles are leaving this residue on your clothing.

This is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through, and we apologize for it.

Tide evo tiles are designed to dissolve in any water temperature easier than other forms of detergent. If your also using fabric softener, I would advise you to have a machine check as I can cause build up over time depending on the machine.

Now, in order to restore the items, soak the garments overnight in water, and re-wash the affected garment again in your washing machine with NO laundry detergent.

You should do it at the highest temperature permitted by the care label, and always follow care label instructions for suggested water temperature.

Also, improper detergent dosing and oversized loads can cause residue on fabrics and hinder washing. For high-efficiency machines, maintain specific fill levels: a hand’s gap for normal cycles, 60% for synthetics, and 40% for delicate cycles.

Low water pressure can also affect performance, and always follow dosing instructions.

Please contact us at (800) 879-8433 so we can hear more about this situation and take care of you for this residue. Leaves film on clothes, stains and damages
Tried these Evo fiber Tides out and they are horrid in every way. Leaves stains and streaks on clothes, along with clumps of what is left of these awful things, meaning I had to run everything through again with my usual pod to get them actually clean. Used these three times, each time the same thing happened where these clump up and then get stuck to clothes, with one jersey shirt now permanently having a white stain on the back that I can't get off after several washes. Avoid these things and use absolutely anything else as this form of detergent just does not work.
Thank you for sharing your experience with Tide Evo. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our products.

I’m sorry to hear that you encountered issues with residue and staining while using Tide Evo. While Tide Evo is designed to dissolve instantly in water and provide a powerful clean, there are a few factors that can contribute to the experience you described:

- Washing Machine Settings: Ensure that you are using the appropriate wash settings for your fabrics. Tide Evo is suitable for all types of washing machines, including traditional top-loaders and high-efficiency front-loaders. Following the care label instructions on your garments can also help prevent any potential issues.

- Load Size: For optimal performance, it’s recommended to use one tile for small loads and two tiles for larger or extra-large loads. This ensures that the detergent is evenly distributed throughout the wash. As well do remember not to overload the machine as this may lead to the product getting stuck with the items and not dissolving properly.

- Fabric Care: Some fabrics may react differently to concentrated detergents. If you have specific concerns about certain garments, we recommend checking the care labels and conducting a patch test if necessary.

We take quality very seriously and want to ensure that you have a positive experience with our products. Not a fan
They don’t fully dissolve and I end up washing things multiple times. I only use cold water so maybe that’s the problem, but I won’t be buying these again. Trying to submit a picture but aparently I can’t figure it out
