Bought tires for 2 cars recently. Both days were freezing cold with wind. Had to walk around intire bulding to main entrance to get to tire shop. No consideration for customers....

Custoner servies was excellent, they took the time to show, and explain the different tires, the discount and warranty. I purchased 4 tires that looks good and drives smooth.

This is the second tire I purchased (this year) from Sam's. After having this tire installed, the front end of my car developed a vibration. I assumed it was the front end needing an alignment, so I took it to the Ford dealership. When they checked the car out they found neither of the tires installed by Sam's was properly balanced. The newest tire had 5 ounces of weights on it and it only needed 2.25 ounces. This cost me $145.00 to have the tires properly balanced. Not sure if it was the attendant or their machine needs recalibrating. I still like shopping at Sam's and love the ScanNGo feature.

I ordered 4 tires and 4 sensors. Had to wait for almost 2 weeks to get installed. Then had an appointment at 5 did not get done until 720. They called to ask if I wanted tire sensors as my light was on, I said yes, I paid for them, he said for 4 I said yes I have the receipt. Once car was done they appear to be good. Everyone has been very nice in general. Will purchase again and hope it doesn't take that long.

Our OEM Michelin tires had problems of leaking air that the driver's tire finally went flat. These Goodyear tires had similar tread patterns, were on sale with $100 off when you buy 4. The installation was fast, under an hour and the ride and handling felt better than our originals on the car.

After pricing out in the area, Sam's had the best price for the value. I ordered them Sunday and got the call Monday they had arrived. The whole process was smooth and with the sale and membership plus discount I was under my expected cost. Everyone was friendly and professional. These tires have a long mileage warranty and I am very happy with the tires and the experience.

I purchased the tires the week before and made the installation appointment at 8 AM for the next week. When I arrived for installation they told me I didn't have an appointment. When the lead (salesman) arrived he tried to tell me my appointment was the day before. I knew that I did not make it for that day because It had a prior commitment for that day. Two and a half hours later I had my tires. There is no waiting room. No where on my receipt did it have my appointment. I did not receive any text or email reminding me of my appointment.

The staff significantly overinflated the tires. When I went to the store to discuss, the woman immediately told me that the indicator light on my dashboard was probably because the weather had gotten cooler. For starters the light came on the same afternoon I had the tires installed and the temperature was only a few degrees cooler (like 68 vs. 72) and secondly the ultimate issue was them being improperly overinflated. The entire experience made me decide to not ever trust Sam's again because the inflation to the proper level is the easiest part and they can't even get that right.

There is a significant difference in the ride of our minivan since installing new tires..
