I recently bought tires from Sam's Club. During the installation, they accidentally broke off a lugnut and the attached stud. They immediately called to let me know what happened and offered to pay for the damage to my wheel. The cost to repair the problem was more than expected and I expected to get some pushback when I showed them the bill. To my pleasant surprise, they completely reimbursed me for the repairs. I have shared this story with many other potential customers. My goal is to make sure I generate more revenue for Sam's Club than they paid me in repairs in recognition for their integrity. It's really rare to see this in a business and I want everyone to recognize this.

This is my second purchase of Goodyear Assurance tires. I'm very pleased with the quiet ride and the warranty. Sam's has good pricing, convenient hours and follow up benefits too.
