Purchased 4 Goodyear Assurance Max Life tires.Appointment time was on time. Tires were installed in 50 minutes and were perfect. Front desk guy and technician Joe is an asset to the tire department being informative and friendly. $100 off for set of 4. $40 off for mount and balance. No charge for tire disposal and 2% off for membership,,,Can't beat that with a stick!!

This 5 star rating is more for the SERVICE than the tires. The service team at Sam's was excellent, efficient, and communicated very well. They were ready when my appointment time was scheduled and completed my 4 new tire installs in less than an hour. Very happy with the Lexington, KY location and I will return with future vehicles for tires here. The tires themselves are new so I can't review the dependability or wear. I will say the immediate road noise reduction and overall driving experience were much better then my old tires. They look great and I expect them to last quite a while.

Bought a new set of 4 of these tires on November 2023 with 82,000 miles on my odometer. It is now April 2026 with roughly 105,700 miles on the odometer, so roughly 2.5 years and 23,700 miles since purchase. 2/4 tires have sidewall damage already. One of them is minor and the tire might some life left though its already losing air slightly, the other tire has sidewall cracks all around and it wouldn't hold air for longer than a day before needing to fill up again to drive somewhere to put a spare. I would avoid these tires. A similar tire of these for Michellin might be more expensive but I've never had this problem. Spent 900 plus for all four and already feel like I'll need a new set of 4 in 1-2 years. I was expecting for all 4 tires to get me at least 7-10 years. Now it's looking like 3-5 years at best.

opened a Sams card for the promotion, book appointment online. day pf my appointment the whole department didn't show up for work... had to reschedule. show up for new appointment, told it would be a 2 hour wait.... Amateur hour at its best... cancelled the order... 20 year member of Sams club.. destroyed my card in front of the manger, closed sams club card, moving on.....

Very poor customer service in tire department INSULTED our intelligence. Refused to mount tires because the lug nuts were swollen according to Eric and Charlie, who stood out the most, told my husband ( who was a Machinist for 35 years ) their 19mm socket " won't fit the lug nuts" husband told them it would as its .748 thousandth vs the 3/4 ( .750 thousanths) which is LESS THAN A HAIR DIFFERENCE WHERE MY HUSBAND FITTED THEIR 19mm socket on the lug nut. They told me it still didn't fit all the way( which it did fit) The shop wanted to Sell me a set of lug nuts for almost 55.00 BUT HOW WERE THEY GOING TO GET THE OLD ONES OFF, IF THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE CORRECT IMPACT SOCKET??? That mystery still remains in my head. Even Bob the store Manager REFUSED to have the tires mounted. I shall be canceling my Sams club credit card( main reason why I bought the tires there as I was given a 8,500.00 line of credit. BTW, we are Seniors 72 and 68 and feel there was an attempt to take advantage of us, due to our age. spent over $800.00
