It has two spring loaded cutters and the ruler/arm is liftable for easy paper loading. It can cut up to sheets of heavy paper and has angle markings for cutting 45, 60, 75 and 90 degree angles. It's very safe with no chance of getting cut. Great for home or for kids at school!

It works best to use one sheet at a time when cutting. This cutter has done a great job of keeping my paper cut neatly and precisely.

It's a good little cutter, struggled with some of the thicker card stock; but overall it's a little workhorse. I enjoy the portability of the of the size to drag all over the house, crafting parties or scrap booking get together.
