The team loves since it cools the small area within 10 minutes. They also like that the fan oscillates a bit so every corner of the area gets chilled. Negatives: This thing is very loud, even in a factory with constant machine noise. It can get difficult to add water to it, too.

The app gives you extra control options to really dial in the cooling effectiveness. The built in water reservoir is helpful when there is not a hose accessible at a jobsite.

This is a great product. I use it on my pation and it works great in the Arizona summers. It's easy to take a part and clean. I've only had one issue and that was with the pump. Portacool sent out a replacement and it was easy to change. I would buy this again.

It’s not an air conditioner, but the airflow is strong and when it passes through the wet cooling pads you can really feel the cooling effect, especially if the space has good ventilation. The unit feels well built, it’s easy to move thanks to the wheels, and it also uses very little electricity compared to other cooling systems, so it can run for hours without worrying too much about power consumption. The water tank lasts quite a while before needing to be refilled. In my experience, it’s a good solution for garages, workshops, or open spaces where you need to lower the temperature a bit and improve overall comfort.

It is a very quiet machine that is very powerful. I like the fact of when it is connected to WiFi you can control it through your phone from anywhere.

The Apex-500 works great, especially in the dry heat of Las Vegas. Two units keep our 288 sq ft patio cool all summer long. They have enabled us to use our indoor/outdoor living setup four more months per year.
