This has been perfect for me to direct into the area that I’m working in and stay perfectly comfortable. It’s not big enough for the whole shop, but it is great for cooling a small area.

Apex 500 Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Apex 500 to use in a small workshop and overall it has worked very well. It’s not an air conditioner, but the airflow is strong and when it passes through the wet cooling pads you can really feel the cooling effect, especially if the space has good ventilation. The unit feels well built, it’s easy to move thanks to the wheels, and it also uses very little electricity compared to other cooling systems, so it can run for hours without worrying too much about power consumption. The water tank lasts quite a while before needing to be refilled. In my experience, it’s a good solution for garages, workshops, or open spaces where you need to lower the temperature a bit and improve overall comfort.

Notification reminders are extremely helpful. I find that adding ice to the holding tank makes for extra cooling! A good idea would be the option to insulate the holding tank to preserve the cooler water. Over all, it is phenomenal and a must have in the automotive world. This product really works and is easy to maintenance. Highly recommended to my co-workers and they are definitely considering the purchase!

Compact design for many applications.

Coverage area

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was purchased for a small team located inside of a factory with no AC on the factory floor. The team loves since it cools the small area within 10 minutes. They also like that the fan oscillates a bit so every corner of the area gets chilled.
Negatives: This thing is very loud, even in a factory with constant machine noise. It can get difficult to add water to it, too.

Amazing Cooler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in Las Vegas.  In the summer temps average 110F or so.  We have a pretty decent garage gym with strength equipment, rowers, and various other items from Rogue.  The cooler works extremely well, and keeps the garage temps very pleasant.  Draining the water every week is pretty easy with the twist off cap.  If you don't change out the water, it tends to get moldy and leave a residue that you will need to clean.  My only complaint is that the casters for the front wheels aren't stainless steel.
