Tastes great on my homemade French bread. I don’t keep it on the counter up to six weeks, but I do pull it out from the fridge a few hours before using to it will soften up. Otherwise, it’s rock hard.

I know this has very high reviews and that encouraged me to buy it. But I find it to smell rancid, have an unpleasant taste etc... I had to throw it out. I wish I could have taken it back to the store for a refund because it was used one time and it totally ruined the fish dish I used it on. expensive fish.

This stuff is good. Has a really good flavor on any type of bread. We grilled some hamburgers on the grill one night and toasted our hamburger buns with some of this garlic butter on them , and oh my ! It was absolutely delicious. Will purchase again !

I couldn’t find chef shamy anywhere. So i tried this because the container looked similar. The first thing that i could taste is salt. I don’t what happened but they need to work on the recipe and lower the sodium before i consider purchasing it again.
