[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I received Dial Hydrating body wash (16 ox.) in spring water scent,. The scent was very fresh and clean but was not overpowering. The gel was think and and lathered nicely-did not require a lot of product. The overall look of product was very appealing. The blue color was a good match for the spring water scent.

I bought this because I figured tried and true Dial would be fine. Not. It is the consistency of mucus and if you put it in your hand it falls on the shower floor unless you really make an effort to contain it. You can’t use a small amount because it won’t come out that way. No problem as the whole thing will be used up in a short amount of time.

This stuff is awful for my sensitive skin. I didn't realize at 1st that it was a different label until I went to use it and it smells horrible. It gave me a rash!!! It doesn't make you feel clean either. Why on earth would you change something that didn't need to be changed. I wil no longer buy your products. It took me years to finally find a body wash that I could use and love. Please bring the old formula back so us sensitive skin customer's can use. I see all the reviews the one's that gave 5 stars are the one's that got a free sample. Of course they are gonna like it. It's free. Grrrrr..I would have given 0 stars if I could.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. Dial spring water hydrating body wash lives up to its name. The first thing that I noticed upon using it was the scent, which is great and invigorating. More importantly is the hydrating properties. A little backstory: I came back from Mexico and my lower arms itched horribly. I was using allergy tablets and several different lotions and nothing worked. I went to a dermatologist and he wasn't quite sure why I was itchy, but suggested that I use the lotion that I used for the guttate psoriasis that I had for a short period. That didn't seem to help either. A few days ago I realized that I hadn't been itchy for a while and the only difference was the body wash. I truthfully don't know if that is what has been helping me, but I'm sticking with it. I think that this product is great for anyone, but especially for those with dry and/or itchy skin.

New formula is HORRIBLE!! Started using this body wash a number of years ago and have been a loyal customer, even though it was comparatively expensive. Loved it. New stuff is awful -- why did you do this?? Must be cheaper ingredients. It feels and smells cheaper. Not nearly as thick and robust as the original, which made good lather. This is thin and doesn't lather well at all. Then there is the smell -- more like bathroom cleaner than the wonderful original fragrance. Why Dial? WHY?? - A Sad Formerly Loyal Customer

I received the spring fresh dial body wash to review by Shopper Army and it was very refreshing. It lathers great, the smell is fresh and clean. I definitely recommend it to anyone who loves a great wake me up smell in the morning or anytime for that matter. I gave it 5 stars because I couldn't leave 6!

After using it for several days in a row, I didn't notice a lot of dry skin which I was impressed by. Also, the scent of the body wash is refreshing without being overpowering and it can be used by men/women. Overall, I was very satisfied with this product and would purchase it, or other scents, again.

I wrote a previous review titled "You're going to lose a lot of customers with this new formula", but I spoke too soon & would like to retract that review. I think why I had a not-so-great experience the first time around was because I used too little of an amount. The amount I used would have even been too little for the old formula that had the sulphate. I think there are pros & cons for both the old & new formulas. This new formula still makes me feel & be clean like the old one. I like that it doesn't have an overly-moisturizing feel when I'm done showering. It truly left me feeling "Refreshed & Renewed"! I will continue to use Dial!

I have tried the Dial spring water bodywash - great bodywash which lathers well, not sticky and rinses off well. Smells refreshing and the scent lasts for a long time after shower. Bottle lasts a long time - great purchase. This product is perfect for both men and women. I will purchase this again!

Its a lightly fragranced gel that works very well with a bath pouf. It soaps up well and rinses clean. This body wash is also free from parabens pthalates and other unwanted chemicals. Recommended for the whole family
