I'm very happy that this body wash is back at Sam's Club. I would prefer if we could also return to the pump bottle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. Dial spring water hydrating body wash lives up to its name. The first thing that I noticed upon using it was the scent, which is great and invigorating. More importantly is the hydrating properties. A little backstory: I came back from Mexico and my lower arms itched horribly. I was using allergy tablets and several different lotions and nothing worked. I went to a dermatologist and he wasn't quite sure why I was itchy, but suggested that I use the lotion that I used for the guttate psoriasis that I had for a short period. That didn't seem to help either. A few days ago I realized that I hadn't been itchy for a while and the only difference was the body wash. I truthfully don't know if that is what has been helping me, but I'm sticking with it. I think that this product is great for anyone, but especially for those with dry and/or itchy skin.

This Dial Body Wash got me squeaky clean and smelling fresh. It makes you skin smell fresh, and I also feel refreshed when I get out the shower. The smell is really nice & lathers great on a washcloth/exfoliater. The design of the bottle is pretty as well, and reminds me of nature. I definitely recommend this product to others! I bought this because I thought it was antibacterial like the other Dial soaps of this fragrance/type are. However, I didn’t see where it said that on the bottle! If not, why not? There’s no reason to have a different hand soap and a different body wash, & as an RN, I like an antibacterial body wash at times, too (esp. like what we’re going through right now!). I normally don’t care that much if my home soap is antibacterial or not, as we didn’t have that for most of my life; I developed immunities to things, & I don’t have kids or pets in my home. But at work or during sick times, I do use it. Please clarify if the body wash is antibacterial or not. If not, I will likely return it. Denise, RN

This product smells so good. I wish it was stocked in our local clubs. My only complaint is how it was packaged. One of the bottles in my order was slightly open so when I received my package the inside of the box was completely wet and that bottle was only half empty.

I've used 3 bottles, and the pump doesn't work on 2 of them. It won't pop up.

I was an educator and I continue to volunteer in health related fields. I started buying this because of its antibacterial ingredients and it didn't leave you smelling like a medical facility. In the shower today I happened to glance at the bottle and it's no longer antibacterial. I have an old travel size bottle that I refill for trips and it clearly shows it used to contain triclosan. When did this change and why?! Will not be buying this product anymore.

I'm confused..I did not see Hydraulic acid in the ingredients of the new Dial body wash.. it just says the scent is Hydraulic acid...???????

This smells and feels like watered down dish soap. Dial Corp needs to bring back the clean rinsing body wash, spring water scent (greenish color), 2-in-1 Antibacterial Cleanser Plus Moisturizer.
