I've been using the original Spring Water body wash for over a decade. I have extremely sensitive skin and this body wash helped clear up lots of issues I was having. The new formula is not the same and does not work the same. I'm starting to have the same issues I used to have years ago that had cleared up completely. Why change something that so many people have used for years when there wasn't anything wrong with it to begin with?! Like most of the other reviews say, BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA.

I buy this soap because I have sensitive skin. I have used dial for many years and especially this particular scent. The last time I picked some up at the store I realized it was a new bottle, which means the ingredients had likely changed. Luckily I still had my old bottle to compare and noticed that there was some extra added chemicals. Upon the first use my skin is super dry and flaky and i have developed little red bumps. Also known as contact dermatitis. Why did you change a formula that had worked for years. Please go back to the old formula. This new one is just not it, I will be forced to look elsewhere for my body wash until this is rectified. Please listen to your customers before changing your formula next time all the reviews has been good before this!

Love Love Dial Spring Water body wash.The scent is light,but is still enough to perfume the room and your skin.It flows out of the bottle nicely and the lather is rich and thick,but it washes off without leaving any residue behind.I have switched to Dial as my only bath and show products.Now I just have to stock up on other scents in the line.

I wrote a previous review titled "You're going to lose a lot of customers with this new formula", but I spoke too soon & would like to retract that review. I think why I had a not-so-great experience the first time around was because I used too little of an amount. The amount I used would have even been too little for the old formula that had the sulphate. I think there are pros & cons for both the old & new formulas. This new formula still makes me feel & be clean like the old one. I like that it doesn't have an overly-moisturizing feel when I'm done showering. It truly left me feeling "Refreshed & Renewed"! I will continue to use Dial!

Please take the time to read my review in full. The previous formula had a lovely creamy lather that you could feel penetrate your pores and really clean you. This new formula is more of a foamy lather than a creamy one, and as a result, does not feel as penetrating, it feels as if you're just moving foam around on the top of your skin. I even noticed that I saw less dirt come off of me in the shower, proving my point. My guess is since the Sodium Laureth Sulfate was removed, this is the result. I understand that this ingredient is now listed as not being the best, but isn't every processed item the same way? And we have been using it all this time with no issues. You'll soon hear that the Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate that you replaced it with is also bad! Ask yourself, did any of your customers ask for this? If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I'm sorry but the new formula is not worth the money at all, does not provide the same cleaning experience, and is, as a result, a disappointment. I loved the previous formula as there was no other body wash like it. I looked forward to the end of my day because I got to use it. Please go back to the old formula, please.

I have used dial liquid antibacterial for 10 years, picked one up not realizing the bottle said vitamin E. Only took about a day for an infection to appear. I have searched high and low for the old formula. I dumped the whole big bottle with a pump, down the drain! Never will buy it again. Ugh horrible!!

It's a Moisturizing Conditioner at that gently cleans and is free from parabens and other harmful ingredients. I will definitely be purchasing this product regularly for myself and my family. I would highly recommend it.

First off, I love the fragrance! The fragrance is so fresh and clean. The fragrance also lasts a good while after you get out of the shower. It made my skin look and feel clean. It also well hydrated all of my skin. My skin was very dry before I started using the body wash. Now my skin looks and feels well hydrated. I will continue using this body wash because I've finally found one that keeps my skin hydrated. I have nothing negative to say about the Dial Spring Water Hydrating Body wash. I definitely recommend it to anyone who loves a great wake me up smell in the morning or anytime for that matter. I gave it 5 stars because I couldn't leave 6!

It does leave a smooth feeling to your skin as well as a nice scent left behind after using. I like that is has a lather factor to it and seems to last throughout the wash. This scent is nice and Dial offers a nice variety of scents in this body wash. The flip open cap is easy to use with wet hands while cleaning yourself. This particular scent can go for both genders.
