Crisping Pan works as it is supposed to

It's a great product for the price. I use mine to make bacon wrapped jalapenos.

Nordic Ware makes some great products, this pan is in heavy rotation at my house. It's great.

This is the best pan to use for so many recipes. It comes with a removable grease tray it makes it more diverse.

I really enjoy the functionality of this set. The pan is nice and deep. I love that it has a clear lid included with it. The tray that raises food up and allows better airflow is awesome because it can also be used to do things like flip over and be used for grilling vegetables.

My frustration with crisping is over. This pan and insert is a welcome solution to my frustration with trying to use our air fryer to crisp and roast veggies. I inevitably have to do two or more batches in the air fryer when roasting and crisping enough veggies for the family, but using this spacious pan with the perforated rack worked perfectly for family sized servings. The rack is vented and allowed for ample air circulation resulting in an even bake on my sweet potato slices and a crispy top. The tall 2" sides kept everything from slipping off (a battle with cookie sheets). The sheet and rack were easy to clean - much better than my previous wire rack. I especially like the fact that there is no non-stick coating to worry about scratching and no fear of toxic chemicals getting into the food. And the literal topping on the cake: it has a lid with an artistic center border that snaps on for storage. I look forward to using it for brownies next.
