This is my new favorite pan set! It’s a half sheet size with high sides so when I cook bacon on it no grease overflows. I am loving the crisping pan insert because the grease goes down the holes and the food is less greasy. The lid is really nice for when I make scotcharoos or other desserts. There are no coatings on this pan, it’s just aluminum which for me is a bonus. Plus, it’s made in the USA! All the pieces clean up easily, if something is stuck on I just soak a washcloth and lay it on that spot for 10 minutes and it comes right off. I cannot recommend the set enough, I absolutely love it! I plan on buying another, so I always have a dessert pan and a roasting pan on hand.

This thing is the official GOAT in our house. I despise frying bacon because the smell sticks in my opinion. My first item prepared was baking bacon and it was amazing! The kids like theirs a little softer than my husband and I, so easy to pull theirs off and throw ours back in to finish up. I’ve also done Brussel sprouts in the bottom with back on the rack…amazing! And a pan of manicotti too. So many options, I’m going to try a sheet cake recipe this weekend to see how it turns out!

Bacon in the oven is the best way to cook in my opinion. Plus, you don’t have to watch it constantly. I like that it has a cover so you can also use the pan for a sheet cake or even a charcuterie tray. Easy clean up too! Grease and bacon residue was easy off while cleaning.

This pan is so great - it is a three piece set that is versatile as a healthy pan due to the insert that drains all the fat away from the food. Then you can bake in it like cake, cookies etc... taking your food to a party just bake, cool and cover. I LOVE THIS PAN

This is a very versatile product which i appreciate. You only have so much cupboard space. The pan itself is a nice size great for bars. A lot of space on the grate for roasting. The cover will make traveling easier. I roasted vegetables and nothing stuck, not even a little. It washed up so nicely. i love the fact that there is no coating on it. I have been looking to replace my cookware with something more healthy.

I love the size of this and how to had a lid. I also love the concept of it. I only gave it 4 stars because I wish it was dish washer safe. It does say you can but it says for it to last longer to hand wash it.

I love the size of this pan. It is huge and deep! I mostly use this type of pan for cooking bacon, but I tried cooking vegetables on the grill (just turn the crisper insert upside down) and it worked great. I cleaned the pan once by hand and have since just put it in the dishwasher. The dishwasher did discolor it a little bit like the instructions say it will, but cleaning each individual hole was a pain. I ended up using a toothbrush to clean the inner rings.

The Nordic Ware 3-piece crisper baking sheet is great and works like its supposed to. It's natural aluminum with no no-stick coating. The crisper insert was great. We baked some frozen chicken cordon bleu and it came out great. They were nice and crispy. The cheese did leak out and get baked onto the aluminum but afrlter letting it soak for a bit, everything easily came off. The lid will come in handy for cup cakes or covering what was baked.

Definitely a great buy for the price. Love the size and versatility of the set. The crisper is wonderful, however using any type of cooking spray will leave your food … not crisp lol Overall though, very pleased with the set.

So I love a few things about this - the lid is super nice if you need to take food somewhere else, I also like the crisper tray to use for vegetables to cook on the grill. What doesnt work so well is the crisper aspect in the oven. I couldn't notice any difference between baking oven fries on the crisper vs. on the baking sheet.
