I am not picky when it comes to TV's. I have only ever bought the cheapest TV, as I don't care much about image quality (I don't notice). This TV infuriates me every second of my life. It is the slowest functioning system I can ever remember owning, even as a child in the early 2000's. It takes a solid minute to open any app you want. It asks for app updates every week. The remote is horrendous and you need lights on if you want to make sure you're clicking the right button because there are 25 buttons that are squished into one location. If you make a mistake with the button choice, it will take you at least 3 minutes to return to wherever you were. I had zero issues with my Roku TV, which my mom took for her basement when she bought me this "nicer" one for Christmas. DON'T BUY THIS THING.

The panel is extremely bright, and I've spent two days trying to adjust the settings for the best picture without success. I’m not interested in AI features like the TV listening to conversations in the room for commands or controlling appliances like the LG washing machine, as it feels intrusive and compromises privacy, though it can be disabled.

I was hesitant to but an LG TV, but glad I did love the picture quality I game a lot on PS5 and the graphics are great. My only reason for giving it 3 🌟 rating is everything I read about this TV is in order to really enjoy it's full potential is you need a special (magic) remote in which this TV does not come with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good clarity but really disappointed that you do not get the magic remote included with the TV. Just a standard remote so the AI functionality is not available out of the box.

While the actual tv picture and sound are excellent, the design and layout of the ports on the back of the set are horrible. As well having the mounting feet spaced so far apart that the unit will not fit on a standard 48” a/v stand or cabinet. Stupid design features. Also found the technical help a little lacking, and the non-inclusion of any type of owners manual completely unacceptable.

I'm using this TV as a computer monitor, in an adjusted vivid mode and it's fantastic. I also have a 77" G5 for TV viewing. This would make a good bedroom TV but it's not intended, at least to me, to be your everyday TV. Once you realize its limitations, it works just fine.
