We love this! It's excellent quality, and the instructions in the guide included as well as the app you can download make putting it together a good experience! We were nervous it would be difficult but the app helps a lot. One suggestion that we did was to organize the wooden pieces by letter and number instead of leaving them in the three boxes. This helped tremendously and cut down on the time spent searching for the right piece of wood to use next!

A solid 12 hours of work to assemble. Make sure you spend the time to organize every piece of wood and every fastener so that you can quickly retrieve them during assembly. Definitely use the Bilt App that is referenced on the front of the instruction manual. The 3D CAD assembly makes it a lot easier. Overall it is a very nice product and the kids love it.

I bought this 2 years ago and it hasn’t held up at all with only one small child barely using it. The wood right after it was built just continually splintered especially on the stairs and handrails. Now several boards have split, roof boards have fallen off, several splinters that are huge chunks coming off, curtains and hammock have dry rotted and ripped. The wood is very thin and cheap. I would not recommend this play set it looks like it is 10 years old or more.

The play set is amazing but curtains were not coordinated well so stripe is off in them and sort of annoys me. Slide was "lost" in shipping and hopefully will be here soon but swing set has been up over a week sans slide. The stairs are amazing and a great touch. I only wish I could switch out the monkey bars for another set of swings. The roof is awesome and not just a tarp so I love that!!! Disappointed about slide and apparently this is not the first time that a slide has been lost in transit! So annoying! But overall my kids adore it.

This swing is junk. It’s been up for a for about 1.5 years. I have had to repair the roof 3 times now. The whole unit is starting to lean. At first it looked really nice but after spending 1200 on a swing set you would think it would last. I will say the directions were this best most detailed directions I’ve ever used. It took 2 of us about 24 hours to complete. It’s all comes in 3 boxes and about 30 different types of screws. The stupid thing is that on one step you will have to get wood out of all 3 boxes and then about 7 different screws. I am a bigger guy(275lbs) and whenever I go to get on it to get one of my kids I feel like it’s going to break.

We were in the process of building this when a bad storm came through winds completely ruined the playset before we could even use it. Backyard discovery’s customer service was PHENOMENAL & within 15 min of sending them photos they had agreed to send out a replacement free of charge. My poor husband has spent so many hours putting both of them together but the BUILT app has helped a lot!!

We purchased this last fall and it is already falling apart. We even paid to have this assembled. I do not feel safe letting my kids play on this.

Not too hard for my husband and I 2 built (approx 24 hrs) - instructions were good. I gave it a 3 star because the wood seems flimsy/weak - so a bit concerned whether it will last with 5 growing kids.

It took a full day to assemble. I had lots of handy helpers but for the most part not as bad as some reviewers had reported. The kids will enjoy for years to come!

I put this together in one full day with the help of my brother and father. It was definitely a two person job. We didn’t sort the pieces which slowed us down a little. The final outcome was awesome as my sons loves it.
