This product is great. I had a Vitamin D deficiency and in 6 months my numbers were back to normal. You have to be consistent and you need toast the recommended dosage( 4 gummies per day).

Tastes like awful I threw them away. Way to sweet ... Taste like Poop but I wouldn't know what that tastes like

I don't get out in the sun very much and this D3 helps so much. My D 3 is low and these gummies work the best for me.

Be careful if you have IC! I am sure it works great for other without this condition, but if you have both IC and a vitamin D deficiency try somthing else. The filler ingredients are made with acids which will inflame the bladdar.
