This vitamin contains medium triglycerides which can possibly raise your triglycerides in your blood level. If this could be a problem talk to your pharmacist or doctor before taking .

I really love these gummy vitamins. They have a delicious flavor. I like that I don't need water to take them. I'm much more likely to take them every day because they are so convenient.

Have used this product for years. However the change in the gummy itself is not the best. These are now too rubbery and are all clumped together in the bottle. Time to find another brand that won’t make me work so hard yo get it out of the bottle

I take these gummies once a day and I have seen big improvement in my teeth and bones. They are easy for taking on the go. I would recommend this product to anyone.
