It cleans, but THE SMELL... I can feel it making me sick. Way too much perfume and once it's in the fabric, it won't come out. I'm almost scared the articles I've washed it in could be ruined.

Puts bleach marks on clothes. Wouldn't buy!

Worst product ever!! Did it remove odors, yes. Did it bleach our clothes, YES!! Called the company and they said, too bad- you can only use this product on chlorine bleach safe material ! They were jerks!

Horrid strong scent

This product has a HORRIBLY STRONG SMELL! I can smell this overwhelming scent all over my house. I have asthma and allergies and this is a health hazard! It claim to be an odor blaster, but it can only be masking smells and blasting its scent instead. Awful disappointment. So sorry to have wasted good money on something that can not be used safely in my home.

OxiClean Max - More Scent Needed

OxiClean Max vs OxiClean are the same within my laundry. Both products do a great job at cleaning clothes and towels. Gave 4 stars due to the lack of scent from OxiClean Max which is why I purchased its type. Inside it’s packaging the scent is fresh but I do not smell the scent on my laundry. We’ll continue to use hopefully the scent will come through.

Horrible strong scent- migraines!

I didn't notice the smell till i got it home and was about to open the bag, i went to take the bag out of the box and smelled a REALLY strong scent, i get migraines at the drop of a hat with any fake fragrances. So i didn't even finish opening it, i will be returning. Went is the scent free kind not sold in stores anymore? That's where i last bought it, not too long ago. Do you know how bad fragrance is for you? It's horrible for your lungs and so much more, there are class action lawsuits against so many companies because of this, research it. It's almost as bad if not worse than smoking on your lungs!

Overpowering Scent

When I saw “odor blasters”, I was expecting a light scent, but that is absolutely not the case. The scent of this product is so overwhelming, I actually asked for a refund of two of the three boxes that I ordered since I had already opened one. Unless you want a product with heavy perfumes, I would suggest not ordering it. It’s unfortunate, because I love OxiClean products.

Extremely strong smell

Please bring back the previous non-odor-blaster formula. This has an incredibly strong, overpowering chemically smell. It does not get rid of odors, but attempts to mask them with this intense smell. The box does not explicitly say it is scented. It does help clean clothes, but I had to return it due to the strong smell and our families allergen and skin sensitivities.

Terrible change to Oxyclean powder

HORRIBLE smell that stays on your fabrics despite extra rinse cycle. Really difficult to get rid of - I am rewashing my sheets with perfume free detergent for the second time. Don't buy this stuff unless you want to smell like cheap perfume and smell it all night in your sleep. I hope I can get my money back.

TERRIBLE SMELL (new odor blaster formula)

Smells absolutely awful. I have used OxiClean religiously and fly through boxes constantly, but this odorblaster is absolutely awful. I have used detergent with odor blaster with no issues. This smells terrible… like bad incense mixed with ground pepper mixed with musk mixed with stupidity. Anything it touches is inundated with the smell. My load of whites— now in the dresser drawer— slap my nose each time the drawer is opened AND I can smell it even without opening the drawer. The laundry room smelled awful, the laundry itself smelled awful, and wherever the laundry is put away smelled awful. Of course Sam's Club is not offering the former NON-odor blaster variety anymore. So I have to purchase it at other stores in their inconveniently small containers.
