We’re glad to hear the Hershey’s Family Favorites Mix tastes great! We hear you on the portion sizes — those snack packs are designed for quick treats, but your feedback helps us keep improving. Thanks for recommending it, and we appreciate you being part of the Hershey family, Jimmy!

We’re sorry to hear that the Hershey’s Family Favorites Mix didn’t quite match your snacking preferences. While we include a variety of treats to satisfy different tastes—including pretzels for that salty-sweet combo—we understand that popcorn flavors might be more up your alley! Your input is super helpful as we continue to explore new mix options and seasonal assortments. We’ll be sure to pass your suggestion along.

We're sorry to hear that the popcorn didn't meet your expectations. We strive to provide the best quality snacks for our customers, and your input is invaluable in helping us improve. We appreciate your support and hope you'll continue to enjoy the other treats in the variety pack. Thank you, Gary.
