TV is hard to navigate.  Slow. Lagy. Picture is good. Sound sufficient.

Okay TV for price

Purchased to replace smaller TV.  We love the quality of picture.

I cannot describe to you how terrible this TV is. A TV should be as simple as plug in, power on, connect whatever you want, and play. The remote is crappy and overly complicate, the TV demands a setup on its native software for its most basic functions and it is overly complex and convoluted to use. Weirdest part, it talks to you. I had it for 2 days and I returned it immediately. There's a reason why the price keeps dropping on this thing.

Don't buy!

My first shipment for this TV was damaged.  The second one was perfect.  This is a very good TV, and even better because it was on sale at an even lower price for the second TV.
