ScotchBlue Painter's Tape saved the day for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a first time solo painter having something to keep my edges nice and clean was a must. ScotchBlue saved so much time with little roller oops for this first timer. A little slip here and there on to the tape was easily removed when the tape was simply pulled away. Without the tape it would have been repainting time, frustration and more lost time. Thank you ScotchBlue!!!!

Blue Magic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love ALL the uses for this Scotch Blue tape! I used it for painting projects. It's perfect for craft projects! I need it to hold things up and can easily be peeled off. I love that I can rip it easily. I sometimes can't use both hands and using only one hand to rip this tape is so helpful!

Not what it use to be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have painted my entire house probably 6 times in 10 years times. I have always used scotch blue tape and I've used the frog green a few times, but it can be expensive. Over the past few months, the blue tape that I have used come right off the wall after putting it up. I find myself wasting time time to put the tape back up on the walls before I can even begin to paint. It has become a pain. I wish I took pictures of the failing tape. It looks like someone has TP'd my walls. Now I have paint up under the tape, so I still have to go back over all of my work. I should have skipped the blue all together and free hand the edges, if that's the case. Please go back to how it was, until then, I'll pay a bit more for the green tape so i can get the job done.

Good quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality is very good of the ScotchBlue Original Painter's tape. It went on well and easy. It adhered very well and the paint didn't seep through. when it was time to removed it easily came off and did not leave any residue behind.

Disappointed in product

I painted my walls 1 week ago. Today I applied scotch blue painter's tape for multi-surfaces around the trim so as not to get the trim color on the walls. When I removed the painter's tape, specks of the wall paint came off also. Now I'm going to have to touch up the walls.

The best for clean lines

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used this tape was 20 years ago. Since then I have never found any tape that can work as good for a clean lines or edge block. This tape is the only one I would trust to leave on over 24 hrs or on delicate surfaces.

This product is quite versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the tape for painting but also for other projects. When I was starting to put cinder blocks around my deck for planting herbs I used it to show my grandson where to place the blocks. It is easy to use and easy to remove which is another reason I like this tape.

Quality you can count on - a brand you can trust

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In exchange for receiving this product to try free of charge, I am providing my honest opinion about the ScotchBlue Original Painter's Tape. This product continually meets our needs for all of our painting projects. Applies to surfaces easily, stays on for as long as needed during a project, and always removes with a nice clean finish and crisp edge. We really like that you do not have to fight with this tape to get it started and how easily it removes after being on whichever surface we were working on. We have always trusted the Scotch Blue painter's tape and will continue to trust this brand as long as their products remain the same, consistent quality we have come to know.

scotch blue painters tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i received this sample from 3m and i'm so glad i did! it is much wider than the ones i normally get and this is so much better, i will buy it for sure. it's good quality. i like how you can keep it in place for 14 days as sometimes my projects last longer. i love the blue color. i find i can use it for many other projects other than painting, it comes in very handy! it will hold things in place and remove without any damage to surfaces. i use it all the time! very happy with it!!!

my all time favorite ScotchBlue Painter's Tape

I use for all purposes. I have a roll by the front door to leave a note when going out. I have a roll near the kitchen, so the kids can make pictures and put them on the refrigerator. And of course I have the one in the garage for true painting, but I must admit that is the one that gets used the least. I also use them on Buckets and Baskets and Boxes for LABELING. I think I do that the most. I even organized the neighbors pantry with LABELED baskets. But MOST OF ALL, when I visit a Hospital or REHAB center, I use it to put SIGNS over the patients bed, like PLEASE COFFEE WITH EVERY MEAL. or PLEASE CUT FOOD, only have use of one arm for now. or PLEASE TALK LOUD, Hard of Hearing. I add smiley faces and the signs work great!!!
