[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ice maker is amazing! I absolutely love nugget ice, so this is a great addition to our home. The ice maker was incredibly easy to set up, and fits perfectly on the counter. After the cleaning cycle, it was good to go. It started making ice in about 10 minutes. It does make a running sound, but it’s not too loud. I have no complaints about this product! It’s wonderful!

I can say this is the best I love it

The OPAL Ice maker is the perfect countertop ice maker for those that love crushed ice! And really, who doesn’t love crushed ice! It makes plenty and stays full!

This would have been a 5 star review except the hose inside the reservoir was not connected and I ended up with a gallon of water on my floor. We had to unscrew it and connect it. What a mess

LOVE!!! I’ve been watching this ice maker for several years and after seeing my great friend and my son having one and both of them telling me how much they Love this product, I finally purchased! Was the best decision I’ve made in a long time!!

Most quite machine we have had. In fact I bought another brand and could not stand the noise it made. I had an Opal before and I am back to it again.
