We don’t know why it stopped making ice.

Ice maker is a little bigger than I expected but works good & the ice it makes is perfect.

When it worked, it was fantastic, stuck in cleaning mode after 4 months of use.

It was good while it lasted. The load screeching I was able to deal with it.. ice was great. After 4 months it stopped working.

It made great ice for a few months. Then it started making terrible screeching %26 other crazy noises heard throughout the entire house. The dog could hear it outside %26 would make him bark. Would not waste your money on this item.

It worked fine for 2 weeks. Then it started making very loud grinding noise. Tried everything to make the noise stop but not successfully. Returned back to Sam's Club.

I returned two of these terrible machines. They made ice right away and then started making horrible noises like it was going to explode. I returned it and got a replacement and it DID THE SAME EXACT THING. These machines are garbage.

Really wanted this to work but after trying 3 different times gave up. Each time of going through the whole process of unpacking and setting up machine would start making ice and then start making a horrible screeching noise. Slow to make ice.

Never used anything but distilled water, cleaned and descaled as recommended. Stopped working right at 1 year. Now its a $600 paperweight and GE won't help.
