The wood cracked within 1 month and whatever food item (cake, bread, etc) I display, dries out too quickly because the glass doesn't sit flush on the wood. It is beautiful and I would like another one that works but Sam's club won't replace it because it was a gift that I didn't order it on my account. Very disappointing quality and customer service.

It's even more beautiful than pictured! I absolutely love it! I thought it was wrong of someone to leave a bad review because it was broke during shipping! That was a shipping issue, not a product issue!

Beautiful quality, could be triple the price at a fancy decor store. It’s a very generous size and love the multifunctional design. Excited to use this holiday season for hosting!

Love this! Large. Durable. Packed very solid. Glass dome is heavy. Came with a glass bowl insert if using for chips %26 dip. Will get much use out of this versatile piece!

It’s beautiful, but it arrived broken. It was awful trying to repackage and now I’m going to have to drive over 20 minutes one way just to take it to FedEx to ship back. I don’t see why it couldn’t be resent when it’s obviously not reusable/re-sellable. It was placed inside another shipping box and there was room for it to move/slide, which I suspect is how the damage occurred (or from the larger out box being “dropped” from a short distance). Regardless, I’d be very hesitant to purchase outside of a club location. Choices in this price range are limited, so they are replacing it (though still requiring return of this damaged one). I’m very worried the replacement will be damaged too.
