It would not connect to WiFi no matter what we tried. It will get hung up in one 5x5 ft section and will stay there. Will not vacuum a room at all. The mop was a joke. Trashing it. I had a Roomba previously and it was great. The dog broke it is why I needed another one.

I bought two of them, they started making noise and I couldn't find where the noise is coming from, one of the wheels is higher than the other and just spins doing crazy turns and stops with a loud noise. I believe still has a warranty but Sam's can't returned it.

Bought the Dustin about 6 weeks ago, does a great job cleaning our hardwood floor, area rug and carpeted bed rooms. Set it to clean every Thursday which it does promptly at 9:00 and takes about 1 1/2 hours to do the whole 1950 sq ft of the house. The app is very easy to use to map the rooms and to exclude areas that we don't want vacuumed. Would consider buying a second one for our Florida condo if on sale again when we are there.

While the vacuum worked perfectly for the first four months, it stopped functioning thereafter. I returned the unit and all requested parts under the manufacturer's warranty and received it back a few weeks later. However, the replacement arrived missing the main brush and gate. Since then, I have been provided with two tracking numbers that show no movement. I have now been told for the third time that the warehouse has received the parts and they will be shipped shortly. As it stands, I am unable to test the replacement vacuum to ensure it is in working order because the essential components are missing. Good luck if you do buy it!!

Waste of money! I bought this online through Sam's and used my Sam's cash to get it down to a reasonable price. It took a few weeks for delivery and after a few months of light use it started going in circles. I called Sam's and apparently the return window was closed because it includes delivery time! had the clocked started from actual delivery I would have been well within the window. Sam's advised I used BobSweep's warranty. With BobSweep's warranty I still had to pay $50 for shipping and went without a bot for over a month. Upon return it worked.... for 2 weeks. Now it's throwing an error that both wheels are bad. My standard Dustin is 3 years old. When we had an issue it was covered under warranty including shipping. It was fixed correctly and is still going. Yet with the Dustin Plus, the machine, Sam's and BobSweep have been utterly disappointing and have wasted my time and hundreds of dollars. Never again will I buy BobSweep. Shame on Sam's for carrying junk and making ridiculous return policies. I should not have to pay that kind of money for a few months of use.

I own two of these - one now had a broken wheel and the other does not empty itself properly, and I can not figure out why. I have owned quite a few of these through the years and find it shocking they both broke before six months had passed. They do seem to hold battery charges well. Very disappointed. I am not even asking for replacements after speaking with customer service on the first broken machine. You get what you pay for.

It vacuums okay but mop is not very good. If you are looking for mop and vacuum find another option. Lot of hassle to replace water and washing mop every mop cycle.

This product has saved me so much time. I have two dogs and it is so convenient to hit a switch at work and have clean floors when I get home. No more back aches or dirty feet!

I love my bObsweep Dustin Plus! I have it on a schedule to sweep every day while I'm at work and I come home to clean floors! It has great suction and empties itself out. I definitely recommend.

I have been very happy with my Dustin Pro. I especially like the ability to send it out to clean using Alexa. I run it everyday when I leave the house.
