Waste of money! I bought this online through Sam's and used my Sam's cash to get it down to a reasonable price. It took a few weeks for delivery and after a few months of light use it started going in circles. I called Sam's and apparently the return window was closed because it includes delivery time! had the clocked started from actual delivery I would have been well within the window. Sam's advised I used BobSweep's warranty. With BobSweep's warranty I still had to pay $50 for shipping and went without a bot for over a month. Upon return it worked.... for 2 weeks. Now it's throwing an error that both wheels are bad. My standard Dustin is 3 years old. When we had an issue it was covered under warranty including shipping. It was fixed correctly and is still going. Yet with the Dustin Plus, the machine, Sam's and BobSweep have been utterly disappointing and have wasted my time and hundreds of dollars. Never again will I buy BobSweep. Shame on Sam's for carrying junk and making ridiculous return policies. I should not have to pay that kind of money for a few months of use.

I own two of these - one now had a broken wheel and the other does not empty itself properly, and I can not figure out why. I have owned quite a few of these through the years and find it shocking they both broke before six months had passed. They do seem to hold battery charges well. Very disappointed. I am not even asking for replacements after speaking with customer service on the first broken machine. You get what you pay for.

This device is wonderful. We previously had several devices of a different brand and they cannot compare to the efficiency or reliability of this bObsweep.

We are truly happy with this purchase! It was very easy to start using and easy to understand directions. We love being able to program when we want it to clean!! Does a great job! Will recommend to our friends! Very happy!!

Best bot I have had. Love the perfect patterns it leaves after cleaning the carpet. THIS Bot is awesome.

My Dustin is so easy to use and I can keep my house spotless with it.
