We have been in the market for a robot vacuum/mop recently. We recently decided to give the Bobsweep Dustin Plus a try after Sam's Club had a great sale on it. So far we have been very impressed. It is very efficient and does a great job cleaning our floors.

We purchased this back in Oct 2025 and have waited to put in a honest review. It has been wonderful for my wife as she doesn't have to empty the bin. We have it set to empty after every vacuum (yes this part is a bit loud, but all are kids are big and we don't have any cats or dogs so no one gets scarred) I love the ability to set up the moping feature when you want and not have to worry about filling something all the time. Overall it is a great product for the price and with a full house it's great to come home to a clean floor.

I’m super impressed with my Dustin Plus! The app is easy to use. I have three dogs and two toddlers- sometimes there are areas that aren’t ready for a sweep, and I can skip those and hit the rest. It’s thorough, quiet and I love the self emptying feature.

Dustin seemed to clean pretty well but stopped functioning 10 months after I ordered it. We went through troubleshooting but nothing got it bak to its previous response. Even boght a new battery. No help. Returned.

It vacuums okay but mop is not very good. If you are looking for mop and vacuum find another option. Lot of hassle to replace water and washing mop every mop cycle.

Waste of money! I bought this online through Sam's and used my Sam's cash to get it down to a reasonable price. It took a few weeks for delivery and after a few months of light use it started going in circles. I called Sam's and apparently the return window was closed because it includes delivery time! had the clocked started from actual delivery I would have been well within the window. Sam's advised I used BobSweep's warranty. With BobSweep's warranty I still had to pay $50 for shipping and went without a bot for over a month. Upon return it worked.... for 2 weeks. Now it's throwing an error that both wheels are bad. My standard Dustin is 3 years old. When we had an issue it was covered under warranty including shipping. It was fixed correctly and is still going. Yet with the Dustin Plus, the machine, Sam's and BobSweep have been utterly disappointing and have wasted my time and hundreds of dollars. Never again will I buy BobSweep. Shame on Sam's for carrying junk and making ridiculous return policies. I should not have to pay that kind of money for a few months of use.

I own two of these - one now had a broken wheel and the other does not empty itself properly, and I can not figure out why. I have owned quite a few of these through the years and find it shocking they both broke before six months had passed. They do seem to hold battery charges well. Very disappointed. I am not even asking for replacements after speaking with customer service on the first broken machine. You get what you pay for.

I bought two of them, they started making noise and I couldn't find where the noise is coming from, one of the wheels is higher than the other and just spins doing crazy turns and stops with a loud noise. I believe still has a warranty but Sam's can't returned it.

It would not connect to WiFi no matter what we tried. It will get hung up in one 5x5 ft section and will stay there. Will not vacuum a room at all. The mop was a joke. Trashing it. I had a Roomba previously and it was great. The dog broke it is why I needed another one.

First off I only gave this 1 star because you have to leave at least 1 star to be able to leave a review, I honestly don't think it deserves any stars at all. This vacuum is the worst it doesn't pick up anything the suction is super duper weak and the mop part doesn't clean up at all!!!! Also I not only bought 1 I bought 2, one for my mom as a Mother's Day gift and she also dose not like it at all. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
