Bought the Dustin about 6 weeks ago, does a great job cleaning our hardwood floor, area rug and carpeted bed rooms. Set it to clean every Thursday which it does promptly at 9:00 and takes about 1 1/2 hours to do the whole 1950 sq ft of the house. The app is very easy to use to map the rooms and to exclude areas that we don't want vacuumed. Would consider buying a second one for our Florida condo if on sale again when we are there.

We purchased this back in Oct 2025 and have waited to put in a honest review. It has been wonderful for my wife as she doesn't have to empty the bin. We have it set to empty after every vacuum (yes this part is a bit loud, but all are kids are big and we don't have any cats or dogs so no one gets scarred) I love the ability to set up the moping feature when you want and not have to worry about filling something all the time. Overall it is a great product for the price and with a full house it's great to come home to a clean floor.

We owned Shark robot vacuums for several years. We grew frustrated because we were replacing the unit every year and the Shark app wasn't user friendly at all. We saw a great sale at Sam's Club for the Dustin Plus and we decided to give it a try. Dustin Plus did not disappoint! Dustin quickly mapped our home and works daily to keep our pet hair and dust bunny issues under control. The economy setting is much stronger than we expected and works very well for us. The map on the bObsweep app shows where the bot is in our home while cleaning in real time and we love that. The only negative feedback I have is that I don't like using and replacing vacuum bags. Good thing is they are not expensive to replace and last a good while. Overall, we are happy with our Dustin Plus and have recommended it to several people.

I love my "mini-me". The power and run time of this unit is phenomenal. It cleans every room, and I run it every day. With a dog and 3 cats I need a reliable vacuum system! It navigates all obstacles with ease and does not collide into furnture, which is important. This is one of my "bargain buy" investments, and I have no regrets.

We have been in the market for a robot vacuum/mop recently. We recently decided to give the Bobsweep Dustin Plus a try after Sam's Club had a great sale on it. So far we have been very impressed. It is very efficient and does a great job cleaning our floors.

I’m super impressed with my Dustin Plus! The app is easy to use. I have three dogs and two toddlers- sometimes there are areas that aren’t ready for a sweep, and I can skip those and hit the rest. It’s thorough, quiet and I love the self emptying feature.

Dustin seemed to clean pretty well but stopped functioning 10 months after I ordered it. We went through troubleshooting but nothing got it bak to its previous response. Even boght a new battery. No help. Returned.

After buying the first one, ended up getting two more, one more for us and one as a gift. All three are currently disconnected and outside of our house. The vacuum started having problems with the battery, it couldnt charge and then it didn't detect it (last photo). After a few days of back and forth with bobsweep customer support explining them what was going on, the vacuum caught fire!! Now I have to deal with the clean up and the horrendous smell EVERYWHERE. I'm staying away from this brand!!!

It would not connect to WiFi no matter what we tried. It will get hung up in one 5x5 ft section and will stay there. Will not vacuum a room at all. The mop was a joke. Trashing it. I had a Roomba previously and it was great. The dog broke it is why I needed another one.

First off I only gave this 1 star because you have to leave at least 1 star to be able to leave a review, I honestly don't think it deserves any stars at all. This vacuum is the worst it doesn't pick up anything the suction is super duper weak and the mop part doesn't clean up at all!!!! Also I not only bought 1 I bought 2, one for my mom as a Mother's Day gift and she also dose not like it at all. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
