I have had one a year ago and after 2 weeks the velcro on top tore off a big part of the fragile mesh curtain. I fixed that. The magnets were working ok. Now 1 month ago I ordered 2 screens, 1 for the frontdoor and 1 for the back. After set up the first screen I noticed the new magnets were way too weak to keep the curtain closed. With each tiny breeze the magnets let lose and opened the curtain. I have tried to adjust the position of the magnets and the curtain in many ways but each time a little breeze came up, the magnets lost the grip and the curtain opened. I saw on the label they were manufactured in china. I bet they are using all random magnets without any strength testing. A no brainer for me to return the screens to wallmart and get my money back. These screens are the worst quality ever and not worth a penny from my money.

and a plastic magnet casing breaking and falling away. I live in a fairly mild climate and bought this item so I could leave my door open for my 3 dogs while keeping bugs out. It was up and installed for less than a day before tearing from use or the wind. Also, one of the plastic casings that houses the magnets keeping the 2 screen "curtain" pieces together broke apart. A good concept, but not a good product for a household with 3 lively dogs.

Not only is this a lot more cost efficient than a regular sliding screen door, unlike regular screen doors, this one allows you and/or your pet to glide in or out without using your hands/paws, which is real convenient when you have your hands/paws full.

I like everything about this product except the design. The top of the curtain does not stay attached . The directions recommend using the provided tacks for extra reinforcement, but I had installed mine on the metal frame of my sliding glass door, and was unable to use tacks. I will come up with another way to reinforce, because I love the product. My dogs can easily go in and out, and the magnets truly are strong enough to consistently close the curtain.

The product is good for the price. It meets the purpose of what we want the product to do. Easy to assemble and no time to put up. I feel that the product might have a short shelf life. But, again you get what you pay for and I do not expect anything less.

This item proved to be a very handy fix for my situation. I used it indoors on a room that needed to remain open wile the air conditioner was on but also remain pet free. The pets look but touch. Problem solved. The material and stitching could stand to be stronger...I don't know how long it will last under high traffic. I will purchase another one to have on hand. It worked, at least until my pets figure it out

Received this and put it up according to the instructions. But first thing I noticed, was strings hanging everywhere. Course my dogs took advantage of the strings and it did not last one full day. It is cheaply made, and not even worth the $15 that I paid for it.

Magic Mesh is great! I read a few reviews before purchase and learned that the attachment Velcro is black and that it needed to be reinforced with a staple gun. I installed it to an off white lanai doorway, reinforced the Velcro with a staple gun and I am oh so happy with the results! Both dogs learned to use it within the first few minutes and now the Mosquitos can't get in my lanai!!

I love how well the magnets work, but it is way too wide for your average door. I found some video online showing how to fold and staple it on the sides so it would be less wide. I reinforced with duct tape. Also the tacks are quite necessary for the top. I didn't add them all and now I don't know where the rest are, and so I added more duct tape. But either way, it works great compared to the thing I had when such a screen door first ever existed. WAY better magnets situation, but not so pretty with modifications I had to make. There should be different sizes for different doors. Maybe there is and I didn't realize... It looks like some suggest cutting it. I don't think that would work right. Maybe if you added a bunch more duct tape?

During the summer we like to keep the doors open during the cooler hours of the day to let the breeze through the house and to not have to use the air conditioner so much. Unfortunately, this also meant that mosquitoes and flies could also get in. This screen allows us to keep the door open and the bugs out. We have three dogs and they figured out how to go in and out within just a few minutes. I would definitely recommend this to others and I would definitely buy this again.
