Hi, 👋🏽 We enjoy Bobbie very much. She is quiet and adorable. We are often home when she’s working, so we have occasion to see her complete the full mapped program. Impressive that she does the full program in an hour! We are pleased with the user-friendly app. Because of the sensor being on top, the height prevents her from sweeping underneath our couches or built-in cabinetry in the kitchen. We sweep the perimeter of our rooms, along the baseboards if crumbs or dust are visible, not often. Overall, we really like the product. We have not used it as a wet mop as of this writing but will do so soon.

So far we are loving it! We wanted to invest in something that will help manage our dog hair… we have a floofy Samoyed. It is not as great with his hair as I’m sure it is with shorter dog hair, but it has definitely been helpful. We just have to cut the brush and wheels free every couple days. But I love that I can set a schedule and let it do its thing, and that it maps out the house so I doesn’t run into as many things or gets stuck. I’ve only tried the mop function once, but excited to have that as a feature too, lord knows I need all the help in the cleaning department I can get.

It vacuums ok. Not anywhere near as well as my 4 year old shark. It mops less than mediocrely, but scratches the hardwoods while doing it. I've checked the front wheel and there is nothing it. It is leaving 2 solid lines next to each other all over the hardwoods. If I still had the box I would return it. Unfortunately, my husband got rid of it.

I have really liked my Bio Bobsweep. It was easy to set up and it has been easy to use. I find that is does a good job cleaning. I love the fact that it seamlessly moves from carpet to LVP to area rugs with no problem. I just hit start and it vacuums the entire level with no issues. I also like the automatic emptying feature.

This little BIObot is fantastic! I have tried others including Roborock, and this Bio blows it away. It is easy to set up and program, does a great job getting along the baseboards, and empties every time without getting stuck in the bot. I have 3 Great Danes so I get a fair amount of hair everyday. I set it to clean while I'm working from home, when I'm done every room is cleaned. I also set it to empty after every room clean because of the hair involved, so its ready to go for the next room. I always know when it has cleaned the carpets because it leaves it little pattern showing that it has gotten every square inch. I also have 3 raised dog beds and it goes under them with no problem without getting stuck. The roborock got stuck every time! I love my Biobot!

The Bio was delivered quickly and undamaged. We are moving and no internet in the new place so I used my Ipad Pro hotspot for a router, downloaded the app on my phone and it all worked flawlessly. 'Bob' our new robot was up and running in vaccum mode in just a few minutes. We have a mix of area rugs and hardwood floors which Bob handled with no issues. With the app you can map out do not enter areas and keep track of how much of your room Bob has discovered. Absolutely love the auto home feature and self emptying with no intervention on my part. This machine feels good, looks good and most importantly works good. I would buy again. We love our new mechanical pet, Bob.

Now, last but not one of our favorite parts of the BIO is how easy you can add water (and some vinegar) to the reservoir, snap the micro-fiber cloth into place, and wait for a clean wood (or tile) floor.

We bought this one and it began with an intermittent screeching sound the very first run. On its second run, it screeched the entire time. We returned that first unit, and now we are running the second unit and within 20 minutes it started with the same annoying screeching sound as the first one...junk!

This bot vacuum has surpassed my expectations. I hesitated for a while to buy one after a prior disappointment, but after doing research I decided on this one. It has been very helpful and does everything as advertised. Very little maintenance and easy setup.

I've been skeptical of these things for years. That has been based on friends that bought them in the beginning and they were not that good. Like most things, I believed that things improve with time. I saw the deal on Sam's with the ability to return if I didn't like it. I could not be any more pleased with Rosie! She sweeps every other day while I'm at work and if I track something in while I'm home, I simply use the app and have her spot clean. This thing is awesome!
