THIS THING SUCKS NO WONDER ITS SO CHEAP! It didn't even turn on the first time I tried turning it on and then I had to do a return how stupid.

i don't know if this unit is defective, but it does not pick up the dog hair of tile. after it goes over the area the dog hair still present
