After we bought our first Bio Robot vacuum, we were so impressed that we bought a second one for our farm house. It's very thorough and very quiet! We love them both!

Excellent Price, Fast FedEx shipping. Really quite in Normal mode and a Turbo mode for pet hair. It goes almost everywhere except sometimes, the side brush will lift up light area rugs and takes a few seconds to back up, but it will keeps trying. After the first run, bought a second Bio for first floor, with the price Sam's offering, why not...

The vacuum works amazing. I'm definitely glad I bought it. There's multiple how-to videos if you don't understand anything. Easy order of replacement parts from the app.It picks up almost all the dirt and dust, I haven't tried the mop function yet. The only complaint so far is that I ordered the gray one, and they sent the black one instead. My house is white and gray, so the black one sticks it like a sore thumb. Definitely recommend it, and it's worth every penny.

The Bio works great except for the Tray Empty. It waiting until job is complete is ridiculous. I don't know if they only expect to clean a 12' x 12' room, then it would be Ok. This unit would be exceptional it it would sense time to empty and do that and then get back to its job. When cleaning WHOLE house and bin is full it doesn't empty. Other then that it would be a Full 5 star unit. I only have grandchildren sometimes but if you have Full Time Children ???

We loved this so much we bought another one! The LIDAR mapping is really impressive (I could see the five legs of my office chair on the map!), it does a great job vacuuming, and the mopping feature is nice. Maintenance is well-explained in the manual, along with QR codes taking you straight to videos if needed. Great support, great product.

So far, I am quite pleased with the Bio.  The battery charge lasts longer than my previous robots.  It's more quiet (until it empties into the bin-which I also appreciate).  It doesn't bang into furniture and doesn't get stuck.  And it seems to do a good job.  I have used both the low and medium levels. 

I wish people were more like BOBSWEEP(AKA Rosey). She shows up on time and does a great job. I had low expectations and was blown away with the unit. I love the fact that it maps your home and you can eliminate areas. The mop feature is a bonus. I recommend it to those that struggle to keep up with pet hair. Let's just say, owning a Labrador, it is essential. Highly recommend !

I've never had anything like this before and was worried about it being complicated to set up. This was so easy. Just unpack and snap the brush on, and that was it. Just set it on the charging station and download the app, and hit go. It does everything else. I have 4 cats, and it has done an amazing job of keeping the floors hair free.

These vacuums are awesome and do a great job with the Lidar technology. I had purchased 2 of these and was fortunate enough to purchase these $899 vacuum's for $299 when Sam's had a special running. We have 3 English cream retrievers and they shed like crazy! I was tired of vacuuming 3 times a day with a normal one and these robotic ones provide a great service. I have not tried the mop feature yet so not sure what it will do.

We call our sweeper Bob. Bob has become a cute, reliable family member!! I absolutely love this cleaning tool. Just turn him on and let him take care of picking up around the house. It is great. It works really well...we haven't had any problems at all. I also love that when Bob goes back home, it automatically empties into the dust bag. That is a great feature. He seems to be sturdy too. My grandson was so taken with him...I was afraid he would break him...but NO....Bob just kept on going! It's great! I definitely recommend Bob!!!
