I purchased a shed and after waiting several months for install, the installer did mot show up at agreed time. The install was rescheduled and he did show up. The issue was it took FOUR return trips to finish a 8x11 shed. Parts were left off or unfinished. Workmanship in places were questionable. A few months later the door had moved so much that it couldn't be opened because the latch had moved. I called about the door and two weeks later had mot heard back from the installer. He finally called three weeks after my inquiry and asked me what day i called.

Always a pleasure to do business with Heartland.

I figured let me take a crack at it and see for myself and I must say I was kinda surprise. The wood was in decent shape and the instructions were ok for the most part but other than that everything was fine. I put this shed up by myself with no help in 6 hours including base and roof with little experience at all so yeah I'm a little proud of myself. Overall great shed and I am a happy customer.

MY SHED RESTS ON RANDOM PIECES OF WOOD HE HAD LAYING AROUND. WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THAT NOR WAS I HAPPY WITH HOW MUCH HE COMPLAINED ABOUT MY PORTICO. (WHICH IS MY FAVORITE PART OF THE SHED) ALSO, I WAS TOLD IF I HANG ANY SHELVES OR HOOKS IN THE SHED I WILL INVALIDATE THE WARRANTY. THIS SEEMS PRETTY SAD AS IT INDICATES ONE NAIL HAMMERED INTO THE INSIDE WALLS MAY MAKE IT ALL FALL APART. SO MY SHOVELS AND RAKES ARE LEANING AGAINST THE WALL INSTEAD OF BEING PROPERLY HUNG. BUT DESPITE THOSE THINGS, I AM HAPPY WITH MY SHED AND IT HAS PROVEN EXCEEDINGLY USEFUL AND LOOKS GREAT IN MY BACK YARD.

Purchased in December and that's when the nightmare began. Shed is ok. It does what it's designed to do but getting it here was the problem! Big breakdown in communication between corporate and the actual workers and other than a few emails NO communication to the buyer. Would not recommend this product because of the company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Directions to assemble shed were easy to follow and pieces were well marked to be sure it went together easy. Some of the 2x3's were pretty twisted, but that is the nature of wood._x000D_ _x000D_ We are very happy with the end results.
