Growing up in the Deep South, I thought all persimmons were bitter, because that was what I had tried to eat. These persimmons are so juicy, sweet and delicious!! You can peel them if you want to, but the peel is eatable and good. The riper (softer) they are the juicier they are as well. I prefer mine to be a little firmer, but either way you will never miss a season again. They are scrumptious!

Very good taste I been looking for this fruit and was surprised when I saw them at Sam club I bought many cases, hope thy will keep bringing them

I love fruit and I watch for these persimmons to come in season. I call them Apple Persimmons because they are ripe and delicious when they are still firm.

Test so sweet and delicious, hope it stay firmer little longer, vert sweet when it gets soft but I prefer firmer persimmon

Persimmons were packed very well and they were just barely ripe so they kept for a good amount of time

Delicious and very good quality. We ate them all in two days. Can't wait to buy more. Fresh and just ripe enough.

Eat it like an apple or wait for it to fully ripen and scoop the inside to eat it, and it will be sweeter.

Fuyu Persimmons , pick date on box October 21 . Arrived at Central Florida store on October 30th. The Persimmons are very good and are of very good quality. Fuyu crunchy and sweet. The price is higher than last year . Also not the same brand or distributor as last year . The Persimmons are in a tray box , like the way the peaches come in . The flavor is not as intense , however very pleasant and not overly sweet . The Persimmons are also not deep orange color . I also would guess as New batches arrive , the color will change I would guess as New Batches arrive the flavor profile will also change .

Disappointed. These were hard and not ripe. Have had them for almost two weeks on my counter. (Apparently they don't ripen after being picked from the tree?)

1st box I hand selected was sweet and delicious. This 2nd box was part of a pick up order, hard with black spots. Will have to return them.
